You gotta keep them away from other magnetic strip cards. They gotta make them cards a little better. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for that but all in all it's a really good laundry. Majority of the washing machines are broke or no functioning properly. I have tried numerous times to give them time to improve and it's just getting worse. Once again I have to spend additional time in here because the washer is not filling up with water to wash my clothes properly so this is not only time wasting but also using more soap powder. The employees use all washers, dryers, folding table and carts for the drop off orders they have. Its very inconsiderate for the customers that come in to wash their own clothes. This is the 2nd time Ive come in and cant get a cart or a dryer and they just look at you and keep doing what they are doing. I understand they have to wash their drop off orders but why not designate a side for that instead of using the entire facility? read more

So let me start of by saying If I could give this place no stars, I would. PLEASE DO NOT GET ANY OF YOUR LAUNDRY DONE HERE!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. I dropped of my clothes on Tuesday night payed $72 cash via laundry card and was told to pick up the next morning. Me & my partner come in to pick up are clothes and we're told "we don't have your clothes". Im waiting patiently while they try to find it and then they eventually have us go in the back and look. Nothing is there, they call the employee that worked the previous night to come by and find it. We're here for about an hr now looking for our clothes. Meanwhile this guy comes up and starts complaining that there is clothes in his laundry that aren't his so me and my partner go over and look and notice some of it is ours. The employees starts telling us we can't touch our clothes and that they have to separate it and give it back for idk what reason, ok cool whatever we let them. They start to tell us they WASH ALL OUR CLOTHES TOGETHER AND THEN SEPARATE IT AFTER??!!?? I personally was not aware laundry places did this! At this point we're very upset have been waiting around for 2 hrs and ask for a refund since THEY GAVE AWAY MY CLOTHES & by some miracle the nice man noticed and was there picking up his clothes at the same time!!! THEY REFUSED TO REFUND US AND DENY ME CONTACT INFO TO ANYONE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE BUSINESS. They finally give us two numbers that end up being bogus and just hang up when I call. Somehow no one has contact to the "owner" but the employee is talking to someone on the phone in the back and won't let us speak to them or give us a number, email, name or anything. Giving us the runaround as to why they can't just give me cash refund & say that there isn't any cash in the house. I have to come back Saturday for a "check". Employee starts talking about Jesus & it makes me start to feel uncomfortable. I exchange Information with the man that had my clothes to see if we have any of each others items (GUESS WHAT WE DO & WERE STILL MISSING ITEMS). They gave whatever was left of my clothes in trash bags mixed up and not even folded. I'm still in disbelief, I feel disrespected, and robbed. I cannot believe there is no one to contact or speak too. Establishment definitely has something shady going on, they got all weird and defensive when the other client threatened to call the police for robbing us outta our clothes and money. This was always my go to laundry mat very convenient and close to my house. I've been coming here for 5+ years. Recently I noticed the dryers always leave my Clothes smelling burnt. I added $20 to my laundry card and the money didn't appear , I then dried my blanket and it burned it and when I took it out of the dryer it had paint on it. After calling several times the "owner" Finally reached back to me after about 2 weeks and told me there was nothing they can do. She said she will credit me $15 on my laundry card but they can't give me the money for the blanket. Okay fine. So I go wash today and there was not money credited to my account. Today there was also roaches! I will never return here again! read more

This is a great laundry mat they really care for their people . They even have a van that will pick you up and drop you off to do your laundry then once your done drop you off at home. I took $80 worth of clothes here to be dry cleaned and the laundry attendant mixed in my clothes with everyone who brought in dry cleaning that day, and then gave all my clothes away to another customer!!! It's disgusting that they mix in different peoples dirty clothes all together and even worse that they couldn't separate mine and literally gave them away to someone else. I came to pick up my laundry and they said they "couldn't find it" and I had to sort through piles of other peoples clothes to find my stuff. I am missing multiple items of my clothes because of this!!! Clothes are expensive and i cannot afford to replace what the laundromat GAVE AWAY to other customers. I was not given a refund, i was only given TWO different fake phone numbers that disconnected me when i tried to call to speak to the owner. The Bubbleland in my hood is decent, fairly clean and the staff is friendly. There are plenty of machines to choose from and the driers are FREE! I have had two problems with machines (one that wouldn't read my pre-loaded card and one that just wouldn't stop washing my clothes), but the staff was very attentive and took care of the problem immediately and credited my card. If you don't like screaming kids, don't go on the weekends when the whole familia is there. Grab a coffee from the Dunkin Donuts down the block and relax. FREE WIFI too. I can usually get a week's worth of washing and folding done in a little more than an hour. Luck might bring you a traveling entrepreneur selling fresh fruitas, tamales, or DVD movies. Bubbleland is great. It's clean and comfortable. The workers are friendly and helpful. The convenience of having cards and being able to use them for everything in the laundromat is so great, I can put all the money I need on it and not need any additional money. Kids. Running. EVERYWHERE! No matter what day you go. (I'm writing this on a Monday.) The parents don't care. Oh, if their kid is crying, get used to it. Parents ignore the poor kid balling its eyes out and just keep folding clothes. Kids run past you, under your tables, and through your legs... ridiculous. This isn't the fault of the facility because there's nothing they can do. However, the facility is clean, organized, and the staff is on point with any problems. And if want to change the channel on TV, just ask. Easy peasy. Good place to wash, minus the parents, yes, the parents, who think their kids are at the playground. Laudromat suggestion: instead of selling gum, rubber balls, and sugar-coated treats in the vending machines, how about giving away books, selling app downloads to teach kids new things or help with homework, and sell more healthy snacks? read more

I give this place 0 stars!!! There washer are garbage always broke... On 3 different occasions the washer broke on me in the middle of the cycle.. Making waste time and soap to re wash my clothes.. I usually come at midnight this is my last time coming here!!! Clean place. Like the vend cards. The staff was scarce and i had to figure out the wifi but still pretty nice.

I always do my laundry here and it is overall a decent experience as far as doing laundry goes. They have this handy dandy system that allows you a debit card so you don't have to jingle jangle with quarters all day. Definitely go early in the morning or later during the week, to avoid the crowds. Drop off service is also available for those who can't be bothered or are in a rush. read more

Very clean and friendly environment. I like to wash after midnight due to me pratically having the laundromat to myself. Also after midnight washers are 20% off and its free dry. I had one bad experience which was when they switched owners in order to use the restroom you had to have money on your laundry card. Which absolutely made no sense to me and was very inconvient for me because I had to leave my laundry in the middle of folding them to go to the gas station to use the restroom. The laundromat staff couldn't let me in the washroom because it was the owner rules. After I spent $40 on washing. Thats why I rated 3 stars. It would have been 5 stars if it wasnt for the new rule. read more

Love the cleanliness of the place, and the huge washers,i love the fact you have to use card the swipe for all the machines, this takes the dread oyt if feeding the machines tons of quarters,however the dryers are suppose to be dry free, i was under the pretense that it was unlimited drying for free, however after you swipe your card 1 time, your cards gets charged for additional drying. read more
