Nate has an extremely friendly and welcoming demeanor, great at making you comfortable but while also pushing you and ensuring you gain new skills, increase confidence level, and overall have an amazing time. Long story, he ended up taking them to their shop and within 2 wks, shipped them back to me completely rebuilt, with a full dyno! And at a very reasonable price. It's hard to find outstanding customer service these days! This gave us a very relaxed experience and the guy at the counter was very helpful and accommodating. The racing is super fun and super legit. It's intense and physical. . It's gonna take you some time to understand how to drive right, but once you do, it feels extremely realistic. Personally, I'm easily made motion sick so I had to turn off the chair motion after a good spin out haha , but for those of you who aren't affected by that, it really feels like you're in a car. The first lap he said since he had never been in an Indycar he was getting a feel for it & I think in the end it was only 2 laps he was able to do in 5 mins. Upon arrival they have you put on a race suit , then go watch a safety video, then go onto the track, listen to another instruction, then try on helmet & get in car & drive. We were able to watch him close to the pit area & also able to go up to the stands & get a 360 view. Looks like on their site they do some sales from time to time. You can also buy a video (it shows the driver & the car view & also purchase more laps. You can choose a race car or an Indy car style. They say to arrive 30-45 mins early & the overall experience can take up to 3.5-4 hours. Appt was at 1pm & he was done by 2:40pm

They had a couple of pro drivers to show attendees the racing line at the beginning of the first session. The pros were also out on the track during later sessions for more help and they were available to talk in the pits. The event was well run, casual, but covering everything necessary for a safe fun day. There weren't too many cars, so we got plenty of track time. I nearly wore out a new set of tires and brake pads because I was able to run so many laps. Had a great time and will definitely attend their events in the future and recommend to others.
