Now I'm sitting here out $1,100, waiting for my bank to investigate, while Meijer shrugs off a breach that they allowed to happen. If they knew their systems were compromised, they should have taken them offline immediately. Instead, they left customers exposed and unprotected. This isn't a small mistake. This is a complete failure to safeguard the people who trust them with their information. Meijer didn't just drop the ball, they abandoned their responsibility entirely.
