Went on a Saturday and got seated right away, but it was only 2 of us. Started with drinks and the Poblano Spinach dip and it was amazing. We ordered bbq chicken pizza and wild shrooming burger. Went with my family. Was busy for a weekday evening. Lots of TV's various sports and family appropriate shows playing. Service was great one of the first places in a while where the manager was working the floor making sure everyone enjoyed their experience. Poblano Spin dip was good different than the usual. My burger was excellent fries well seasoned. My wife enjoyed the chicken parm. Daughters got wings and lasagna. Report was the lasagna wasn't the best but it looked good and I didn't try it. The noise level is a little high so to music videos are continuously playing. Not a big deal it makes it a fun environment but if you needed to talk or have a meeting it may not be for you. Pleasantly surprised! I try to avoid chain restaurants but we had coupons for free kids meals from my kids school. We were seated immediately with no wait at 12:45, and our server Angela was very pleasant. I really enjoyed the fish sandwich, it was a lot bigger than I expected. My kids also enjoyed the pizza and chicken tenders. The food came out quickly thankfully because my kids were driving me nuts lol lots of tv's playing a variety of sports and music videos. Our 2nd time visiting Bubbas33. The best burgers we have ever had. The prices are fantastic too. Move over Red Robin, it's Bubbas33! The staff are really friendly and even offer water while you wait outside. Hannah stopped by to welcome us on our first visit and gave us a coupon for a free appetizer on a future visit. They also have veterans parking near the handicap section of the lot. If you sign up for their text or email fan club, you get a free 12" one topping pizza with the purchase of an entree. Went to Bubba's for drinks and wings with 4 other people. Was cut off after 2-3 drinks each out of spite because my ex husband and his girlfriend were there. His gf threw a fit because another girl at our table brought 3 stacked empty glasses up to the bar to make room for another friend who joined. Server Victoria, was excellent bills was $214 and we tipped her 125.00 the manager KAYLA was the issue. I have owned 3 bars and have never been treated with such disrespect. The funny thing is we had a breathalyzer keychain and none of us blew the legal limit. 1 drink per hour. I worked for Texas road house as a teen for 4 years and never dealt with issues like this. However, I WAY preferred their brunch menu & a group of 6 of us went every weekend even sometimes twice per weekend. I haven't had much interest in returning since they decided to get rid of their brunch. Not sure why since it was always packed. This was our first time trying Bubba's and we will be back soon! We were both expecting it to be something like Art and Jake's or something similar, but it was WAY better! First of all, their customer service was 11/10. They went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed, enjoyed everything, and also kept coming to clear dirty plates. Our server also kept coming to re-fill our drinks without us even asking! Fried pickles were thin like a chip, so they were super tasty and had enough crunch! The wings were actually meaty and the bbq sauce was thick and sweet! The BBQ chicken pizza was so different than the usual, but was amazing and had banana peppers on it! Their dough is thin, but has a nice amount of doughiness still! Their seasoned fries aren't pictured but were seasoned so well and have a crispy outside with a soft almost mashed potato inside! The fish sandwich & chips were so good. I really don't eat fish. But even our waitress said how good the fish was. A very large piece on a bun. There was too much Salt & Pepper, as spices. It made each bite Pepper hot. If the chef smokes, they over intend To place Salt and Pepper on my food. It was good, But never put spice on another's food. Us older people can "Not" stomach spice anymore. Also we are told to not salt food while cooking. Please have someone who Doesn't smoke, try the food. Adjust the spice level. My fiance got the Monte Cristo what she loved. The quality food is excellent and delicious I highly recommend you stopping in and giving this place a try. Great flavor and perfectly crispy. Fried cheese was a fun twist and the house made marinara was delicious. We tried the Philly cheesesteak and bacon-blend bacon cheeseburger. Both were very tasty. The fire (Cajun) fries were disappointing. The fries were warm and crispy but the Cajun seasoning was way too heavy and wasn't spicy. Great service. The food is fantastic. Had a burger first time here and it was juicy and seasoned perfectly. I didn't want fries so I got the side salad for an extra $1.99. Great choice it was huge. Very fresh and I took most of it home. Second visit was fantastic as well. Had the Italian chopped salad. To die for. Huge and the Lemon basil vinaigrette I could drink it. It was so good. Wish I had the recipe. The servers are very attentive in a good way. Take the family or a date this is a great place. Prices are decent and large portions.
