We purchased 3 for my son. Every race is about 10 minutes. There were quite a few people there so he was in every other race. Took about an hour and 30/45 minutes start to finish including waivers. Several weren't working correctly including air hockey only opening one of the goals which we didn't even notice till I was down 0-3 as it was impossible for me to score as it turns out. Been coming to this location since they opened over a decade ago. This was the worst experience of the lot but like I said... we still had fun but will hesitate to go and spend that kind of money again given today's experience.

The bathrooms were gross and toilets had rings/obviously hadn't been cleaned properly in quite some time. We opted to have lunch elsewhere bc I had a feeling it would also be overpriced and underwhelming. The associate at the front desk was very kind and set my youngest up with an arcade card and made him feel special after he found out he was too short to ride and was feeling bummed, which we greatly appreciated-unfortunately I didn't think to get his name at the time.

Ray and his team working the go-karts were phenomenal--attentive, professional, and focused on safety. They made sure every rider was properly buckled and settled before starting the race, and the whole operation ran like clockwork. Everyone we encountered throughout the day was welcoming, polite, and genuinely helpful. It was clear the team was more interested in creating a great experience for us than upselling, which we truly appreciated. It felt like we were getting real value, and that goes a long way. As someone who came here as a kid, it's amazing to see Tiki Adventure Zone thriving--and now my son gets to make memories here too. We'll definitely be back!
