I called yesterday just to ask whether they could send a prescription for a compounded cream to a pharmacy in New York. I never confirmed or scheduled an appointment, yet I'm now getting nonstop text messages reminding me about an "upcoming appointment" and warning that I'll be charged a $50 no-show fee if I don't attend. I've tried calling multiple times to straighten it out, but no one answers the phone. If you're going to threaten patients with fees, at least have someone available to answer the phone and fix your own scheduling errors. Very frustrating experience. I wouldn't want to go to a business like this nor would I encourage others to do so. I can already tell they will try to overcharge their customers.

Yikes. * The 4th session (the worst and last for me) was done by an inexperienced nurse who accidentally targeted my eyelid/eyelash area with the laser. * This caused significant pain, tearing, and irritation, and part of my eyelash was burned/cut off by mistake!!!!!. * Her reaction was unprofessional when I pointed it out. * I immediately reported the issue to reception. * I was later connected to a remote nurse/clinician via video call, but the response was dismissive and unhelpful, suggesting castor oil and saying it would regrow. (yay for me ;) 5 months I hardly got to regrow my lash) * No proper care, apology, or resolution was provided. * They contacted me twice afterward: the first time I was unavailable, and the second time the caller was speaking in a loud and aggressive manner, so I asked to be contacted another day as I was not willing to continue the conversation in that tone. * It has now been several months with no refund, no resolution, and no proper communication from the clinic management. I unfortunately only took a picture right after the incident. After that the eyelash fell out & only grew back several months after (with intense care) but I didn't take any photos during that time.
