I recently visited this office as my wisdom tooth had literally broken and impacted. I only knew of this office by reputation and seeing the sogns saying walk in are excepted. . Their not lying. I was greeted by a very friendly staff, as well as care providers. None of which where bad on the eyes either. Anyways, Dr. Cha was quick, easy, no anxiety, and painless. All opposite of my past interactions with other dentists. My dental insurance hadn't kicked in yet, so it was out of pocket but even so, it was very reasonably priced! The building was extremely clean and nicely decorated, it didn't feel like a Dentists office but a very nice lounge almost. Best way I can think to describe it. They are convenient and fast, the front office area looks nice, but that is about where everything within the building and the work being done is difficult to be charitable towards for my experience. I had a chipped tooth that needed fixing. After getting me in pretty quick, they proposed a $9,000 work plan for the tooth and other things. I said I couldn't afford that, and their office guy just told me to put what I couldn't afford on my card. Which would have been over 7500. I said I didn't have that kind of money, and they asked me what I could afford. I said I could pay a few hundred today, so they proposed another plan that magically just included fixing the tooth that was within my budget. So why start with over $9,000 worth of work outside fixing my tooth? Then came the work. Everything past the front desk is extremely antiquated, in disrepair and appears shabby and in unclean condition. None of the are private, they're all open and you can hear everyone crying in pain in each room, it's very unsettling. The tools looked ancient and not completely clean, I should have left then but I had already agreed to their egregious payment plan through Cherry (which is borderline predatory in their own practice), so i felt obligated to stay and get the work done. The dentist was kind of nice at first, but very quickly lost patience once i described i had laryngospasm, which they didn't know what that was. He was not understanding when I needed to take breaks because my jaw and mouth were getting so tired from work. Then, he started shaving down the tooth next to my chipped tooth while I was numbed, and said, "Since we have a little money left over from covering this tooth, ill just shave this one down too." Why are you working on this tooth? After capping the broken tooth I could feel sensitivity in the tooth next to it, and I could tell they knew about it and did this on purpose. They knowingly caused more damage to another tooth so I would come back. They're also quite pushy at times when it is not necessary, and in my experience, did not care if you were hurting or uncomfortable; just gotta get through this work as quick as possible. read more

be careful on deciding to go here. they're a great scammer that didnt want you to escape after the initial examination. even you insisted to just go back and need some time to think about it first before doing it theyre not gonna let you escape that feels like going in there is an emergency for a simple tooth problem. they care about the money not the patient. read more

Honestly this place doesn't deserve a star. First off I wanted to start by saying how I got a phone call Friday to confirm my appointment. The day of my appointment I got called twice within two minutes of each other. Second thing is I Went in for a teeth cleaning and got told I needed different fillings cuz apparently my fillings were too big for my teeth (never an issue before) and got told I needed crowns and a root canal. After they did my X-rays the doctor looked at my teeth they told me that I needed the deep clean cuz of the way my teeth were and my gums were not healthy. Once again this has never been an issue before. The initial process they wanted to do was 5,000 that I would have to pay out of pocket. I said I didn't want to do that cuz I don't have that money to spend on dental work that doesn't need to be done. Then with the deep cleaning it was 335 that would be paid out of pocket. When I told them I wanted a basic cleaning I got told no and they refused to do it cuz it wouldn't help my teeth and gums get better. After awhile I said I would do one section of my mouth and be done. They had two different people come talk to to convince me I needed the deep clean and even the dentist lady tried to say the same thing. I was there for over an hour and a half from start to the time I left. Overall if I could give this place a 0 star I would. The place is shady and doesn't deserve business. read more

For a chain, I have always experienced friendly and personable customer service. Easy to schedule appointments and on time admissions stand out. The staff and dentists are nice and skilled. The space is sterile. For a place of torture, the magazines and pictures are current and inspirational. If I have to be tortured, I chose here and these people to do it - doing it with a smile. read more

Terrible. Do not even deserve the single star. First time I was there they filled 2 cavities my first cavities in my whole life. It has continued to hurt for months now. Second time there made an appointment for 630pm. Was seated rather promptly and was left to sit there for at least 20 min without any communication for the delay.I did over hear all 3 chairs were full with only one dentist present. After waiting a few more minutes I walked out. Not only is their customer service terrible but their actual service is terrible. read more

Great experience. Came in 2 weeks ago and had an infected tooth pulled out. Very quick and easy service. Went again today for teeth cleaning and have 2 wisdom teeth pulled out. I was working with Kara and Dr. Cha. Both were professional, friendly, and very prompt. I hate the dentist office, but they made me feel very comfortable. My biggest complaint is that each time I've been here I've had to wait for 30 minutes after my appointment time to get in. Makes the whole experience very frustrating and not pleasant. Other than that big issue, the office is nice and the ladies at the front desk are great. Not sure if I'll be coming back again, because having to wait that long just to get in a chair makes me want to find a new dentist office. read more

I set up an appointment for 4:30pm on 10/28/19 showed up ten minutes early. Was told to have a seat and wait. I did patiently. Another patient comes in maybe 15 minutes after me and had a 4:30 appointment too. One hour goes by and they called the other patient informing him he was next. So are you telling me if I come in early for my appointment I still have to wait while the other patient showed up late and gets treated before me. Mind you my left cheek is swollen to the point I'm in major pain. Even brought it up to their attention and the only thing they said was sorry for the wait. Not even an explanation for why he was being seen before me. I thought giving them a year would help with their service but obviously its a miss for me second time. I'm disappointed. Won't be coming back at all. If I could they'll won't even get a star....... read more

Only reason they got 1 star is because there wasn't an option for "zero stars". They kept my wife there for 5 HOURS! Yes 5 HOURS to fix a tiny cavity, root canal and crown. Dentist numbed my wife several times and walked away each time for lengthy times. Dental tech dropped dental repair items on the floor and had to redo her job. Then at closing time, sent my wife home in extreme pain!!! EXTREME PAIN!! with a prescription that can't be filled until at least tomorrow when a pharmacy is open. Sad, unprofessional dental care at its best. Horrible and unprofessional service !! read more

The Dr. seemed very unprofessional and the procedure was a super painful infected tooth. She seemed afraid to write a prescription for pain medication and offered me some expired generic ibuprofen. I was told to go over to Target to get some ibuprofen. Yep, they tried to send me to the store even as the pain was intensifying. The blaring country music didn't help my headache either. I got really bad vibes from the Dr. and will not go back there even if it were free. read more

Not only are they open late, up for walkins and emergency appointments, they are all around wonderful!! I had an emergency and they told me to come right in. I had all FOUR of my children with no where else to take them. They were accommodating, very patient with me and my kids, and made me feel very welcome. They even let my two little children come in the back with me. After years of Bulimia, I have a lot of dental work to get done and am horrified when I have to let people see my teeth. I went to dentist who said " were not here to judge" but that is what they do. I was asked by one dentist how long I smoked meth for. I was mortified and did not go back to the dentist for years, and all that did was make everything worse. I never once felt uncomfortable at BTY Dental. Dr. Chi made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. He and his dental assistant remained absolutely positive during the whole exam ( while my two year old was basically sitting on my lap and my four year old was watching the computer). Also the front desk was just as accommodating for the whole visit. And just a side note, the bathroom was the best public restroom I have been in. I don't like to think I would judge a business by the cleanliness and upkeep of the restroom, but I think when it comes to healthcare, it just might. I have gone to a lot of dentist here looking for the right fit. I have high standards when it comes to the patient/Dr relationship. And until now, had never been made to feel that I mattered, and not just my money. Please believe me when I say I will never ever go anywhere else. Great experience! It was so easy to make an appointment and they were able to get me in only 2 days after I called to make the appointment! Super friendly staff and very knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and helped me make informed decisions. I give 4 stars just for the amount of time I had to wait between X-rays and seeing the dentist, they could be a little quicker. read more

I called them at 630 at night because I had an emergency tooth ache that was killing me, they told me to head on over and got me in by 7. They caught something in my x-rays that my normal dentist had missed. Referred me to a specialist and needless to say I will be all taken care of with in two days of this all happening. The lady at the front desk was beyond sweet, she even had to look into my insurance and got me all the answers I needed. The dental assistant Sadie was just so sweet and helpful and Dr. Park was professional and told me exactly what I needed to know. I canceled my upcoming appointment with my normal dentist and have found a new better place to go to. I would refer them to anyone wanting to get dental work done. read more
