I am happy to share that I lost 3 inches off my waist, toned my muscles, lowered my cholesterol and most importantly,I feel great! Also, all my chronic back pains from years of standing while working has significantly improved.   In the beginning I was a bit skeptical but once I tried this program and saw the results I was hooked! It's rare in Miami these days to find someone who genuinely has years of experience beyond just a "certification", but someone who knows the anatomy of a body and meticulously chooses exercises based on the goals one wants to achieve. Keith is truly one of the smartest people that I know in the physical workout space. He is motivating, kind and drives discipline in all of his workout sessions. The workouts may only be 30 minutes, but with consistency, they are very effective and yield results. I aim to go about 3x a week and with proper nutrition, I have definitely transformed my body, and physical and mental health for the better. The format and the exercises are great. The coaches corrects your form, if necessary and also encourages you to challenge yourself-believe that you can. I've taken classes at fitness studios with similar formats, but RZone is on a different level! I highly recommend. Please open at least one RZone in North Miami because right now the studios are located in Pinecrest, Kendall, Coral Gables and Doral. It's difficult for me to take classes unless I'm off from work or unless I travel from North Miami in the evening to Coral Gables or Doral. This is a bit much, but I have and probably will take classes again at some point because I love the format.

Even better, the trainers are the BEST! I loved Monica 2 years ago, and I still love her--she is the best. Yamil joined recently, and he's amazing too! I also love that they divide the days by specific muscles, which is something I didn't like how. it was before, but now that it's divided, it's amazing! What an excellent experience from start to finish all around!…read more I had the pleasure of meeting Evgenia at a women's networking event where she had a booth showcasing the EMS fitness training suit and I had to learn more. I loved the concept of doing light workout sessions that give you max capacity results so I gave it a try. It was such an incredible 20-minute session that had me feeling tightness in my body right away. I'm not kidding when I say I saw results the next day! This full-body suit stimulated all of my muscles and worked overtime activating areas that I had a hard time defining like my back and arms. After the exercise session, the suit provided a light massage and gave my body a relaxing cooldown. I must say, the EMS training session was extremely effective, and having her lead the way and make me feel comfortable made the entire appointment enjoyable. Very satisfied with the service, the office, the friendliness, and the professionalism. Will be back soon and highly recommend it for anyone wanting to get body definition and lose weight quickly. Electrical muscle stimulation - EMS - training is a type of training that uses a wearable device that attaches to the body, stimulating your muscles through tiny electrodes that accelerate your workout and enhance your body toning results. So pretty much they give you a biker like outfit to wear underneath and then they put a vest and other attachments to your body. Then they connect you to machine it is not scary guys, at first I was a little nervous because I wasn't sure what to expect but it actually feels really good. The exercises are very simple and basic low intensity. You perform the exercises when you feel the pulse from the electrodes. It is not painful, it's more like a vibrating massage feeling. The workout is only 20 minutes and both times that I have done it I end up with a sweat. The following two days after my workouts I have been sore mostly on my quads and glutes. It really is fun and and alternative way to work out and get back into the swing of things. I am excited about this journey and I will update my progress as we go. I also did a cryofacial and the results were immediate! We did half of my face first just to compare I instantly saw one side more lifted and my bags under my eyes less swollen. We also did my chin area for tightness and it was a game changer I am so excited to come back for more of these treatments. I've become the strongest and leanest that I've ever been with what feels like minimal effort. It's "hard" at first but after two classes it becomes very "easy" on the body and helps build your mental strength which dominoes into other areas of life. I love that each set is slow paced but the sets themselves move very fast, a great cadence for people who get bored easily. I've worked out with Sean Perry (the owner), Christopher Push, and Dorian Nicholson. Sean is very attentive and kind and is great for total body and abs. Christopher will absolutely push you to your limits in the best way, you will leave his workouts feeling accomplished and brand new. Dorian is great for beginners and very informative and energetic! I also love the price point for this location. It's about $100 a month for 5 classes, which I attended weekly. So far, the most affordable in the area. I'd walk or jog there to and from Brickell, which is about a 3 miles or so and would get my 10k steps in for the day via the travel. There is also free parking in the back if you decide to drive. I would definitely recommend this place because of the cool staff and the cool small businesses they support inside (seamoss, fresh juices, jewelry, art etc). Overall 10/10
