THE best gym in Miami, hands down! If you are looking for a personalized experience with someone…read morewith an extensive background in training and health in general - Keith @ Hiperfit Miami is your guy. It's rare in Miami these days to find someone who genuinely has years of experience beyond just a "certification", but someone who knows the anatomy of a body and meticulously chooses exercises based on the goals one wants to achieve. Keith is truly one of the smartest people that I know in the physical workout space. He is motivating, kind and drives discipline in all of his workout sessions. The workouts may only be 30 minutes, but with consistency, they are very effective and yield results. I aim to go about 3x a week and with proper nutrition, I have definitely transformed my body, and physical and mental health for the better. What I love about this gym is that because it is a boutique gym and privately owned, you have the whole entire gym to yourself with the trainer i.e. no waiting for any equipment and you get to choose the music :) There is literally any and every type of equipment that you can possibly imagine. 10/10 recommend!! Gym has free parking in the parking lot.

This gym is a great place to workout in Little Haiti! Equipment is in great condition, I don't…read morethink they opened that long ago so everything feels pretty new and clean. Location is convenient, next to the Little Haiti soccer park in a new building that has other business, an upcoming area for sure. Parking in available on the street in front of the gym. There are areas where you can use the pay to park app but I think there are some spots that are actually free. I've taken their bootcamp and glute camp classes which are really similar in the sense that they use a combination of equipment, cardio, bike, ropes and weights. Glute camp focused on lower body while bootcamp is more strength and conditioning. They get a five star review because they always have several trainers checking on you to ensure good form and assisting with the machines. My only recommendation is for them to explain and demonstrate the exercises at the beginning of the class. Exercises are written on the board and they quickly go over them at the beginning but I think it would help if they instructors actually show how to properly do them. Once you go a few times you get used to the machines and probably need less direction. Class goes quick and time in between exercises is short so make sure you bring a towel to wipe after yourself if necessary. They also have wipes if you need them. I will be going back to get familiar with all their great equipment!

The vibes are very motivating - loud music, trainers checking on your form, and the workouts are super fun. I've done both boot camp (which i was terrified to do but it ended up being amazing) and glute lab (which is focused on lower body and is mostly girls). The circuit training is so fun that by the time it's over you wanna keep going. I will definitely be back!

It's a total body workout and you'll feel amazing after class. I took a class with Valentina and she was energetic, positive and very helpful to understand any injuries/modifications participants might need. They have a very wide range of equipment with everything you might need - bands, free weights, cardio equipment. Loved their branding with the orange accents with the towels and some of the gym equipment. I also thought it was a very nice touch to have hair ties available to guests who may have forgotten them. I actually am a member at Equinox and think their classes and quality of experience and equipment totally holds up to the type of impact and workout quality you'd get at a big gym like Equinox. I even thought some of their equipment was actually better quality than Equinox - for example, they use soft and comfortable bands, rather than the plastic stretchy ones that snap and dig into your skin. This is a great go-to for a full body workout. You can find them on Class Pass if you want to give them a try but they also have lots of great packages available in-class, including an unlimited class option. An amazing and effective workout and great to support local studios in our city!
