The price didn't seem right to me so I called your Fontana location and they said $75. This sounds reasonable. I also called a local business "west coast fleet services" and they quoted me at $45. My question and complaint is how and why is hesperia zippy charging $130 for ONLY a trailer annual inspection?

When I called the number listed on Yelp, I was told that my appointment was actually set for a completely different date and time than what was shown on Yelp. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled for a new date and time. Once again, no one showed up, and I didn't receive any text message or update. I've called multiple times and sent several messages with no response at all. This level of communication and reliability is unacceptable. I was charged $285 for an airline repair plus 2 hours of labor, which seems excessive for the work performed. When I politely questioned the pricing, the mechanic responded unprofessionally and even threatened to remove the hoses, which felt completely inappropriate and intimidating. To make matters worse, they initially said they would not accept credit cards, but then suddenly did -- only to add a last-minute 5% credit card fee that was never disclosed upfront. Between the unexpected extra charge and the overall inflated billing, it felt like I was being double charged. Overall, the lack of transparency, poor communication, and unprofessional behavior made this a frustrating experience. I would strongly recommend getting clear written estimates and confirming payment terms beforehand, or considering a different shop altogether.
