The slaw was prepared different from what I'm used to but I couldn't stop eating it. They supplied a mild bbq sauce for the ribs but you really don't need sauce on the ribs at all even though the sauce is flavorful. I have to admit the baked potatoes were unique and tasty as well. The flavors to enjoy in this stronger ABV beer is Vanilla, Marshmallow and Dates. That is probably where the name comes in on that last flavor feature. The beer is sweet but more in a natural, evolved (mature) way and the beer is barrel aged so it's definitely going to pack a whallop. Another great beer from this brewery and it was great checking out this brewery location for the first time.
