The positives are that this laundromat is in a convenient location in the mint Hill area near Harris Teeter. I have come here 4 times to wash larger loads like comforters and pillows. There is not a lot of seating and not enough of the wheeled baskets for all of the customers when there's a crowd. I always use the larger machines upfront which are now $5.50 per load. I did 4 loads today on heavy duty and noticed that they turned the hot water off and none of the machines washed in hot water. I'm assuming this was to cut utility costs but my laundry came out, looking terrible and dingy and my additives were dissolved like usual. The laundry wasn't smelling as fresh as normal. The workers claim not to understand English, so there was no explanation and I'll have to rewash at a later time. The dryers are expensive with (4)min per $.25. It takes 40 min avg to dry a full load. The change machine is nice and they sell dollar tree laundry products and have a bathroom. They don't have WiFi or credit card payments. Cash only. read more
