Had a server we've never had before. Horrible service. Before my guest arrived I ordered a fried pickle appetizer. After my guest arrived, and after we placed our lunch orders, I realized we had never received the pickles. Our server was nowhere to be found. I found her in a storage/closet area on her phone. I asked about the pickles. She ran to the back, brought them out, and they weren't hot. Asked for ketchup, and she brought us an empty ketchup bottle. Immediately behind the pickles were our entrées. Asked for a refill on iced tea. It had no ice in it. I left a tip, not a big one as I usually do, but I left one. Now I'm regretting I did.
