They refused to assist with showings because "it wasn't convenient". They were clueless about the market in our area, showing comps for houses on other sides of the city and totally different neighborhoods. Refused any time to address our concerns, our desire to list our house higher. Allie refused to make any effort to get us the best price, the only reason that made sense to us was she was more concerned that her buddy - the buyer's agent - get the contract than our interests. She even took our key from the lock box at closing -- even though we had NO contract with her - saying she would give it to the buyers agent. The buyers were furious and complained to Allie's buddy - their agent. Allie returned the key - but did not even have the maturity and professionalism to walk to the door and return it to us directly and apologize for her really poor judgement. We know for a fact because we watched her drop it in our mailbox as we watched from the front porch. If you want lazy, apathetic, disdainful, disinterested, money-grubbing, unprofessional group of what we consider very questionable ethics -- well -- you can guess who to pick. You may be able to pay someone to give a good review, but you really have to work hard to get one like this.
