Of course she was looking for new business but her demeanor was very pleasant, I'm new to Columbus so asked her to come over. She spent about an hour with my sister and me and we decided to list our condo and look for a new home unfortunately a health issue stopped from moving forward. I contacted Carol about 2 months ago and said I was ready to start looking. She came to my home and walked me through everything I would need to do to make my condo get the best price possible. While I was getting ready we started looking. I told Carol exactly what I wanted and was determined to get what I wanted....ranch, small yard, 2200 sf, I was very particular. She picked my sister and me up that Sunday and we looked at 5 houses. The first house we looked at was perfect but we needed to be sure. By the end of the week we had a deal in place and my house went on the market the following Thursday. That Friday we had about 5 showings and an offer for about $20K less than asking price. I wanted full price even though my condo would have been the first to sell at the higher price. My condo was nicer than most in the area but getting more than anyone else in the area was going to be difficult. Carol said "just wait for the open house and let's see what happens". That Sunday I had a full price offer. The person that first made an offer raised hers to full price. I am now in my new home, my condo closes in 30 days. I do not believe any other agent could have done better, in fact I'm positive. Carol worked for me...I felt as if I was her only customer. She made the process so easy. I needed help with painting, inspector, handyman, financing, etc. She walked me through everything...step by step. Carol's recommendations were absolutely the best. She is still checking in with me to make sure we have everything we need. I not only have the best real estate agent, but I also have a new friend. Carol is sharp, caring, enthusiastic...she always has a smile on her face. Do you need a home? Do you need to sell your home? Call Carol....you will be a great agent that absolutely knows everything about selling and buying, but you will also gain a friend.
