He is a realtor and a designer, plus coordinates all of the construction and installation. He really made the process easy. From the start, Neal was great about listening to our needs and giving us options, though he never overwhelmed us. He knows the entire market very well, which was important because we moved to Columbus with no knowledge of the market. He steered us to the neighborhoods he thought were right for us, and then patiently took us to see as many properties as we wanted (even though we eventually bought one of the first ones we saw). After our property was under contract, Neal managed the closing process beautifully. This was the first time a property we have purchased has ever closed on time (credits to the bank as well).
