He is a realtor and a designer, plus coordinates all of the construction and installation. He really made the process easy. From the start, Neal was great about listening to our needs and giving us options, though he never overwhelmed us. He knows the entire market very well, which was important because we moved to Columbus with no knowledge of the market. He steered us to the neighborhoods he thought were right for us, and then patiently took us to see as many properties as we wanted (even though we eventually bought one of the first ones we saw). After our property was under contract, Neal managed the closing process beautifully. This was the first time a property we have purchased has ever closed on time (credits to the bank as well). Then he helped us redesign and remodel our kitchen and master bath. Both are gorgeous but executed within a tight budget. Neal gets that not everyone has an unlimited budget and knows where to spend to get the most bang for the buck, and where to cut back. His crew was dependable, clean and thorough. Renovation is never easy but this experience was about as good as it gets.

We've recently moved to Columbus, Ohio from New Jersey. And we rented a property via this company…read more It's been three months so far and we are very pleasant with our choice. There were some fixes needed during our stay. The management and maintenance team responded to our requests in a very timely manner. For example, There were two ceiling fans that makes weird squeaking noises in the house. After we reported the issue they immediately contacted the property owner and brought two brand new fans for installation. No hassle, no extra charge, no back and forth arguments. We are very glad that we chose this company instead of renting from a private landlord. I think they are very professional and have a high quality of customer service.

The house was advertised to be noise-proof but I can hear the neighbor's conversations. Not to mention the sounds of their dog walking around the house. It's not the neighbor's fault-- they are just living their lives. But wow, I have lived under at least 5 different housing management teams before and it has never been this bad. Maintenance requests do not get done until couple months later, and even if they come over to fix the said problem, I can't tell that it was properly fixed. I honestly can not WAIT until I can move out of this house. EDIT: Bijan (the landlord) and I had a conversation. We came to the consensus that there was quite a bit of miscommunication on both sides of the party. Bijan definitely cares about the tenants' well-being. Once a distinct & straight-forward maintenance system is placed, I have no problems with this management company.

BRIAN BAINBRIDGE ENTRUST GROUP…read more Reviewing a Professional can be interpreted many ways if you don't have a handle on the context and the journey that led to the review. I'm smiling as I write this REALTOR PROFESSIONAL BRIAN BAINBRIDGE, CRT REALTORS, ENTRUST GROUP. Approximately May 2018 I'd returned to the far-fetched idea of selling my Merion Village home. I'd had that fleeting thought before and had talked to a realtor but there was no where I could go that fit my needs. Early 2018 I began having random thoughts floating through my head and researched 5 realtors. I interviewed 2 in my home. 1 guy wouldn't do it 'my way' and come to my home so I knew to go no further there. Brian Bainbridge was an acquaintance of the family and I admired all that I had watched him achieve and more importantly the how he did all that he does. The interview with Brian took more than an hour. He asked so many different questions about what I needed... where would I go. Together we worked in Comps and discussed each. He did everything with me as we sat there. He had done his homework and had his packet of paper ready but it was the how he approached this first meeting we had together that made all the difference. I was in the process of an unfinished kitchen reno when in November 2018 a home in Westgate came on the market on a Saturday, I learned of it on Sunday and texted Brian and we went to see it Monday, Tuesday I said I was going after it. I had until Saturday to get my Merion Village home in sales/showing mode which was no easy feat. Remember the kitchen was still unfinished. 7 days later he'd held 3 open houses and we had 2 offers coming and one backed out...7 days and I had a terrific offer. 7 days! There were still homes in Merion Village that had been on the market since Brian and I had talked originally in the spring....7 days. Here's truly my perception on why 7 days 2 offers.... Brian didn't sugar coat anything. He was clear, succinct, direct and understanding but he pushed. Everything that I wanted and needed. He's not a push over and definitely not a 'sit on your butt' realtor.... he is a worker. The entire process on selling was so exciting, easy, fun, without issues.... of course the west a couple things that I freaked out on but he'd give me those exact situational analysis calm yourself down talks and each time his professional history was correct. We were not only selling but we were working on a Westgate purchase. BTW, Brian knows The Hilltop... Brown, his wife and Children live in Westgate. The purchase of the Westgate home on my end with Brian was without issues.... the sellers agent, I believe she and her team were less than professional and inappropriate with every step, needed reported to someone but Brian tried to explain things even though I didn't agree. I was on a cruise during the purchase process. Try being a realtor with a client that's out of the country. What constitutes trust? Respect? Admiration? Thanks? The ONLY negative in the selling buying process with Brian was his push for me to use a mortgage lender that he knew and clients had used. The comments made about me choosing a different mortgage lender vs her irritated, frustrated and aggravated me... that actually stopped but the push to use her was one of the several reasons that I chose to go elsewhere for my mortgage. Admirably I was the only client focused on.... you know that's not true but it sure felt like it. A couple text messages caused some miscommunication but a quick voice phone call made all the difference. Brian worked so effectively for me. He made it a joint effort that was fun and exciting. I appreciated that we're signed, reviewed and processed documents through the secure online DocLoop system. I'd never used it before but it works well. What would you want to know if you're searching for a realtor? How would you react to comments someone else wrote? If you do your homework, you'll make decisions that are fact-based and show you directly how others have received great results. Not every relationship works as well as I believe ours have. I know for certain without a second thought that I made the best decision in hiring Brian. My family and I know that I was served well. I'm grateful.
