We were given a very short window to get inspections done and the roof was covered in snow during this time. Our inspector based off the disclosure form felt secure in the condition of the roof based on the roof being replaced in 2015. We come to find out that the roof was indeed not replaced and Janelle continue to stand by sellers lie as she never did her due diligence as a realtor to make sure the information was correct. I even tried to reach out to her supervisor Doug Green of which has never returned my call. If you see Cutler Real Estate as the selling agent my suggesion would be to run.
