He quietly steps on our porch (mailman was here right before him and heard his footsteps). First he rings the bell for a short stent (I thought maybe tv) and then quietly knocks on the door. I go to the front door and ask him what he needs, he literally SMIRKS back. I go sit down, thinking he's drunk and got my house mixed up with my college-aged neighbors. Husband is in the shower, so I have to yell for him and his male name to get out and come down. At this point, it's very loud and Jeremy realizes a MAN is coming down. So then, after 20 minutes of harassing me on my property, Jeremy decides to leave. He litters and throws his business card on the porch. So I call him and tell him to NEVER come to my property again. An OSU student was just kidnapped/raped and killed in my neighborhood a month ago. Jeremy might want to find some more professional tactics for his "real estate" business. I went to the website for his business " ListRE" and found it was connected via a link on their website to Ascend Realty. I contacted Ascend Realty about the concerning behavior and they don't know who Jeremy is! And said they aren't connected to ListRE I did contact Columbus Police as well. Who is Jeremy and what does he want with me or my property is the question.

Every time we've had a maintenance request, Tom gets right on problem the next day. The townhouses are spacious and clean. Tom keeps the grounds up well, including repaving the parking lot while we lived there and keeping the grounds clean and trimmed. He also communicates often and clearly. The area is quiet and the walls between the units keep the place quiet. The price also can't be beat in the area. We'd still live here if it were up to us. In fact, when we needed more space due to a family addition, we called Tom to see if he had any 3 bedroom properties! I really can't say enough good things about Tom and his properties. If you are looking to rent, I can't recommend Sheffield Townhouses enough.

Management knew we had a newborn and an older relative, as we properly disclosed and agreed to the additional water charge. After we kept pressing for action, our lease was not renewed. Only once it was clear we were leaving did management act to stop the immediate water entry. The visible rot, damage, and fallen blinds remained until move day. Steve may argue and call it an "offer" or "non-renewal". From the tenant's side, the sequence was much simpler: We reported the damage. The problem was ignored. They would remove tenants instead of problems. To us, it felt retaliatory. Renters should decide whether reporting a serious problem here is worth risking their home.
