I never called out and always showed up. The thanks I got was a write up anytime I made a mistake, my hours being cut and a ridiculous requirement of buying a laptop for a $17 an hour job. Because this company is fairly new and is actively trying to build clientele, they will throw their employees under the bus at the sight of any inconvenience. This company DOES NOT care about their employees. If you make a mistake they will quietly take you off the schedule and then ignore you when you try to reach out, I've seen it happen to many people. The worst part is they will bleed you out by slowly taking away your shifts one by one until you cant pay your bills anymore and you're forced to leave. Really terrible stuff they do to their employees. The main manager stephen, is an awkward stab you in the back type of guy who will smile in your face and then talk badly about you in private chats. I cannot tell you how many lies were told to me working here the list would be too long. If you're looking for a job save your time and avoid this place. I rang the doorbell and it took about 10 minutes for someone to come out to greet me. He opened the door, stood in the opening, and asked me what I needed. It was 45 degrees outside and he didn't invite me in, so I kind of just walked forward until he backed up so I was inside. (An awkward but effective technique if you need to use it.) He asked if I had my ID number for the fingerprinting process. I didn't even know what that was and instead of explaining, he told me to come back when I had it. All in all, the customer service here isn't top notch but the hours are great (9am - 7pm most days with a break between during the lunch hour). Remember, folks, bring your COGENT ID with you that you can get online from the GA gov website!!

I helped find and research the location that would work with his schedule, so when he went, I tagged along to check it out. I see some other reviewers have had some issues, but that was not the case here. Maybe it's because we came prepared? We called ahead to make sure they were taking fingerprints that day, and the woman could not have been any nicer on the phone. She gave extremely precise directions of how to find the proper door upon arrival and explained about ringing the doorbell. The state's instructions had already explained that there was certain paperwork and ID required when you got fingerprinted, so had that all in hand. The Metro Security lady was as kind, friendly, and very professional. The whole process only took about 5 mins tops. Could not have asked for a better experience!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Metro Security if you need to get digital fingerprinting done in DeKalb or Fulton!! They were great!!
