Our technician, Nick, from Superior HVAC came out and checked everything out. He told my husband he'd let him know what he found out as he wanted to look into some error codes he found. He contacted my husband that same evening. He came back a second time and was on the phone with the manufacturer of our AC unit. He quoted us over $1600 LESS than the company we contacted who couldn't bother to test anything. THANK YOU so much!! We will be using them again in the future.

Our heat pump went out late on a Friday night. We called Saturday morning and after a discussion…read morewith Wyatt we decided we could make it to Monday. The decision was made because if a special part was needed to fix our unit the parts house would be closed on the weekend and the unit couldn't be fixed anyway. Monday morning came and Wyatt and Chris Crawford came and it was found that the A coil had a broken nut and all the Freon was lost. a new A coil was not to be had locally so one was ordered from Texas. In the meantime Chris offered a window unit he had at his house to get us through one of the hottest heat spells of the year. Wyatt was going by Chris's house to another job and picked it up and brought it to my house and put it in. The part shipped in and the unit was repaired. Note Chris and Wyatt went above and beyond to try to keep my wife and I comfortable. This is why I highly recommend Ray's!!

He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain what had happened. He also installed a protective fuse to help prevent the same issue from damaging the part again in the future. The repair was reasonably priced, and we felt it was a great value for the quality of service we received. We really appreciate his prompt, knowledgeable service and would definitely recommend G.R. When I brought it to their attention in October of 2024 I was told in person they would finish the job. A year has passed and several phone calls and emails go unanswered. When I do manage to land a conversation with someone they tell me they will finish the job soon. Most recently a week ago I asked to speak to the owner. The receptionist told me she wasn't sure it was "legal" for her to tell me who the owner is but would have someone call me back. In my experience BNG is not a company who keeps their promises or stands behind their work. I am not a difficult customer. I have waited a year for resolution. I am a businessman who understands that when sometimes a job is not completed correctly the true measure of a company is how do they respond to affect a resolution. BNG does not keep their word, but rather tells you what you want to hear hoping you'll go away.
