A+Derr was by far the best company that responded to our families AC needs. Our AC went out so we called 8 companies to get quotes for a new Central Air unit. A+Derr went out of their way to try and get us scheduled as early as possible to get a quote for a replacement. The other 7 companies, only two showed up for quotes and one was a day late. This made me really want to go with A+Derr because if something goes wrong you want to go with a company that actually shows up for an appointment. A+Derr sent out Josh to give us our quote and he not only gave us our best price out of the 3 quotes we received he gave us the most information. He walked us through all the ins and outs of an AC and furnace as well as the work they would be doing. He was extremely knowledgeable and put up with our lack of knowledge and helped educate us. He was so good we decided to replace our furnace as well at the same time. When it came to installation we got Texal and Tony as out field technicians and man were we impressed. Not only were they clean and tidy, they made sure they kept our house spotless as well. They laid down drop clothes and made sure not to dirty up our house at all. They also made sure the work was done neatly so the units would look good. So even though nobody looks at a furnace or AC they wanted to make sure the duct work looked good. That is awesome! They did great work and I am so happy with it. Texal even went out of his way to come tell us when he was going to make more noise since me and hubby were watching a movie while they did the work. Very pleased with the service we received. I requested an estimate on their website on a Wednesday evening, Thursday morning they called to scheduled an appointment, the sales person came out that same day, he was very professional and polite, he was very descriptive on prices, equipment and payment options. The day after he came out, we got a phone call to schedule our installation. They set us up for four days later but ended up coming out earlier after calling to check out our air situation, which wasn't working hardly at all. The installers were very professional, laid plastic on the basement stairs and cloths along the basement for walking. They cleaned up after working, went over the furnace and the A/C unit with us, discussed operations on the new thermostat, asked if we had any questions, they were very knowledgable on the equipment they installed. I have a contract with A Plus Derr and am so glad that I do. They get to you pretty quickly if you have a problem with your A/C or Heating unit. I used Derr in the 1970's and 1980's before I moved away -- and was so happy to see the Derr name again when I moved back. I just had my annual A/C checkup and all was well. The house is 13 years old and I am the only owner -- I would recommend this company to anyone. They stand behind the work their servicemen do and their employees are not only good at what they do but very good at explaining it and doing what they say they will do. What are great company to hire! I was impressed with them the moment they gave us an estimate. Now I understand why so many of my neighbors have A+Derr signs in their front yard! I asked several of them if they were satisfied with the service and quality and heard nothing but great things. :) The guys that installed it Kyle and Dave were very respectful to me and to my property. My husband was down stairs sleeping and they tried to keep noise down and did a pretty great job as they did not wake him up. We have had a lot of service and repair people in our home and these guys were just about the most respectful and CLEAN we have had. Usually after repairs I have to go in after they leave and re-clean the area but not with this group... and here is the biggest thing... they also had the best price too. read more

I had to have 2 sets of A/C and Heating Units replaced. The work took 2 full days. My technicians on the job were Texal S, Scott A and Cameron. I was informed what was going to happen and that they would clean up afterwards. Well I was very impressed with these guys! They were knowledgeable , professional and helped me understand how to work the Nest, working thermostat on walls. I had to leave to work and I felt very comfortable with them in my home. They did call me and let me know when they were finished. And showed me how to change the filters, and operate the Nest. My house was spotless after the work was finished!! Thank yu guys!! Brent, Alex and Daniel installed a new furnace and air conditioner at my home today. They showed up on time, were very polite and cleaned up after themselves. We were very pleased with their service. I was told twice last week that it would take the entire day; they were finished and ready to go by 2p.m. I already have a check-up appt. set for next week to make sure the unit is working properly, I would recommend them highly. We have six small dogs that bark constantly at strangers (but do not bite unless provoked); and no one complained; and they were very careful not to let them out the front of the house, as I have a couple of runners. There is a reason there is an "A+" in the name. Had an issue today and our cooling system shut down. I did the little quick checks and it was nothing I could fix, So I called and asked for a service call. Wow ! had a technician at the house in under 30min. Found the problems and was done in another 15. Best service and personality I have seen in any business in a very long time. I can tell they place a lot of focus on customer satisfaction so I decided to sign up for a regular service plan as well. BTW this was my decision and not an up-sale from the tech. Danny M and David H came out to service our 2 units. Arrived on time (actually 10 minutes early) and were done before I thought they would be. Very polite and professional and answered all my questions. Great guys! My only complaint is the price I was charged for freon. Now I know Danny and David don't set the price for freon but I believe someone at A+ Derr does.
