I did my dreaded search looking for a company that was trustworthy and had great reviews. I happened to come across The Grout Genie and scrolled through their reviews and saw so many great things customers were saying, so I gave them a call. OMG! All of the reviews are accurate. From the start, everyone I dealt with in the company was very responsive, professional, and on time. Brad did our work and he was freaking amazing! He did such a thorough job and made our showers that are from 1999 shine and look brand new again. I will be calling them when I'm ready to do other repair work in our bathroom. This is a great company! Thank you The Grout Genie!!

It's such a relief to have someone you can trust to show up, do the job right, and treat your home with care. Steve's our go-to handyman now, hands down.

However, he couldn't put in the new faucet parts until new tiles were put in, which he didn't have the expertise to do. I had to find a good tile person ASAP. Thankfully, my search led me to Junior. He responded quickly and was at my house just a few days after I reached out to him. His skills and meticulous attention to detail are outstanding. On the day of the appointment, he arrived just after 9:00 a.m. and worked on the new tiles until late afternoon--literally all day. At one point he had to go out and buy more tiles, which he didn't charge me for. He returned early the next morning to put in caulking around the new tiles, which took him an additional four hours. I'm so grateful for Junior's thoroughness. As the attached photo shows, the new tiles look fabulous--absolute perfection! If you need anything done inside or outside your house, Junior Gonzalez is the one to call. Highly recommended!

This review is long overdue, but I've been meaning to share our wonderful experience with Al, Mike…read moreand their team on the multiple projects they completed for our old, complex house. We converted two rooms plus a hallway into a master suite as well as split two large upstairs rooms into three. We had structural concerns and lots of logistics to work out and I wouldn't trust anyone other than Mike to draw up the plans to make sure everything is safe and up to code. Al oversaw the projects and was in constant communication with us and regularly was on site to make sure everything was going smoothly. If anything wasn't 100% correct or what we had discussed, he would make sure it was remedied. Big shout out to Franz who even showed up to work the day after his wife had a baby! The M3 team worked late days and on weekends (with our consent) to meet their deadlines, even when the county held them up with permitting issues they still worked hard to finish within our timeframe. We even made major changes to our plans after construction had begun and they were able to pivot and help us get more square footage for the upstairs bedrooms. There were also numerous curveballs that they handled with ease (ya never know what you'll get with an old house). This was our first time doing any sort of large project and the team at M3 gave us plenty of guidance and support to make sure the finished product exceeded our expectations. If you want something done right the first time, then I highly recommend contacting M3!! If we stay in this house then you guys won't be done with us yet! -Cristen, Phil and now +2 (!)
