I just had the tires replaced on my truck and my wife's SUV and they did a good job. Prices are in line with other tire places. I have shopped around and you may pay a little more for a better tire, but I'd rather pay a little more and trust that it is going to get done right the first time.

That tire is perfect. Are you that determined to force me to buy a tire?!" "Sorry, it's not me, it's policy" "Policy that you can't show me? That you were told? That you just know?" It would've been comical if it wasn't just such terrible service. They had a handful of employees we could see through a window who just stood inside. It was lightly raining, and no one wanted to go outside to talk to us. All my mom needed was the air in her tires filled on her jeep wagoner. We've used Firestone for years for all four of our vehicles with no issues. I recently had four new tires installed, and the next day noticed all four rims were scratched and chipped. When I went back, the manager (Joe) repeatedly told me, "We didn't do this," over and over, insisting the damage was old or caused by car washes or curbs. I have never hit a curb in this car. He told me I was the first American to have never hit a curb. Keep in mind this was all 4 rims! Not just 1! The situation escalated quickly. He accused me of trying to "cheat Firestone out of $1000 rims," told me to never come back when I told him that we used Firestone for all of our oil changes and tires etc... said he would make sure he never crossed my path after asking where I worked,(I work in healthcare and had scrubs on ) and ended by telling me, "You need God." I have never been spoken to or treated so disrespectfully by a business. I'm extremely disappointed. Most of this in front of other clients in the lobby, and another employee.

I kept telling them the tires weren't properly balanced but until I had one of them ride in my car they wouldn't believe me. Turns out a new person worked on my car and they went behind him to correct his poor work but when they said they rebalanced all 4 tires they really only did 2. I was there this morning at 700 for again rebalancing of tires and no one was there until 7:06 and doors opened at 7:08. If they don't care enough to be on time they won't care enough about your vehicle .
