I visited Gipson Tire and Auto Repair on May 20, 2026 for a tire install and AC diagnosis. I paid…read more$284 for an evacuation and dye test. Days later my AC stopped working. I returned and paid $384 for a blower motor replacement. On June 11 it failed again. I was then told I needed a $1,383 condenser, but got a second opinion. Another mechanic found a blown fuse from the prior repair, not a leak. After replacing the fuse, the AC worked normally again.

These guys put some new tires on for me back in June. Over Labor Day, I started to put new pads…read moreand rotors on my car when I noticed that one of the lug nuts on a wheel was cross threaded so badly that I couldn't remove it without possibly breaking a stud. I also drive a late model Accord, and they are notoriously difficult to do something as simple as replace a lug stud due to the brake shielding and proximity of the wheel assembly to the rear of the tire mount. Long story short, this was quite a pickle. I emailed Sunday afternoon, and they were closed mind you on Sunday and for Labor Day. Within an hour, the manager, Jeff Wall, responded and told me to bring it in for a fix. No arguments, no negotiation, just, "Let us make it right." Got it to them at 9:30 today, and by 11 they had it done on the house. Killer customer service there, and they pretty much have a customer as long as I live in the area. Highly recommend.

This is the worst auto shop I've ever brought my car to. I have a Honda civic so I know it's not…read morethat hard to work on. The owner seems really nice but the work they do there is sketchy and shoddy. I used them exclusively for the first two years that I lived here (they were cheaper compared to other shops and like I said, the owner was nice), but I'd say about 80% of the time that I brought my car in to get fixed, I'd leave with another problem. There was one time that I brought my car in for a part to get fixed and they replaced it with another broken part (thus making me go through the ordeal of dropping my car off for a second day in a row). On one of the last occasions that I brought my car in, my AC stopped working soon after. The cost was too high for me to replace it at the time and I was over giving them any more business. A year later, I finally get my AC fixed at Auto Lux (for MUCH cheaper than I was quoted at Greene's) and it appears pieces of the AC belt had been removed. These aren't things that could just fall off, they have to be manually removed, so my guess is that Greene's had a hand in that. That is just me speculating but judging from my history as a customer with them, it wouldn't surprise me to find that they sabotaged my car, whether on purpose or by accident. Either way is unacceptable.

I bought tires from Car Care Clinic (CCC) last year for my 2006 Tundra. The low pressure indicator…read morehad been on for about two years. The Toyota dealer told me it was a bad sensor and it would be over $100 to replace it. I said no thanks. Yesterday, I had to add air to one tire and had to add air again today. I called CCC and they said bring it in (on a Friday afternoon). I waited about an hour and they said they fixed the tire (removed a screw). They charged me nothing! They told me they checked the pressure on all tires and only the SPARE needed air. As I drove off today, I saw the air pressure indicator was off! I called them (Frank Ashley) back to tell them they also fixed my "bad sensor." Frank said that the technician inflating that spare caused the indicator to go off. That was the problem. They saved me over $100 and since the tires came from them, at no charge. Excellent service. Only they will service my old Tundra from now on. I highly recommend them.
