Saw Michael in XD. What a large beautiful theater. Perfect unobstructed view. Great sound. Some…read morefools behind me kept kicking my seat. Guess they are too close? No wonder they don't have stadium seating. Overall a great place to catch a new movie.

They still are not going to get any more stars from me. They are now all Cinemark Theaters and add…read morean additional $1.50 per ticket to book online which doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me. They have an option to actually add on any Refreshments that you want and deliver to your seats but that option is never available so you still have to go to the counter anyway. When you go to the counter there is a disinterested College coed there who acts like they don't want to be bothered. You are still paying a premium price for popcorn and a Coke or whatever drink you want. We actually got there early which never happens and we were the only two people in the theater the whole time so I would recommend purchasing your tickets when you get there to avoid the convenience fee. The theater was actually decently clean this timebut the reason why they get no more stars is there is a big sign that says there is a bar now available and I never did find it. And if you know me I was looking for it LOL. The seats are all uncomfortable and do not recline. Nothing special about this theater and if you have another one to go to I would recommend going there. Just FYI. Still doing construction on the way there on Anthony Wayne Trail so good luck with the that

If you want to sit through a half hour of local commercials (and many national ones with an agenda)…read morethen by all means visit the NCG chain. This will be my last time here. So much nicer at home. Popcorn was delicious though....

Went to the Coldwater cinema to see The Last Jedi. After almost two decades in the big city and a…read morecompetitive market, it was interesting to see how small town USA takes in their movies. I was honestly surprised how few people that were there given the holidays and opening weekend. The theater is located right beside I-69 and is easy to get to off route 12. It would have been nice to see some signage on the access road, but if you are a local you know where to go if you are not listening to your GPS. There was plenty of parking for the amount of people were there, but I wonder what they do when or if they get super busy. Purchased 3D tickets through Fandango and was able to print off tickets right by the door. Didn't have good signage so if you didn't know what you were looking for or short for time there could be problems. We had a short wait at ticket counter to get directed to where we needed to go. Not a problem, but if they were busy would have wasted a lot of time. Also were not given 3-D glasses at the counter and had to wait for an usher to bring them into the theater. As far as drinks and snacks, they have three, self service Coke based soda machines mixers. They pop their own fresh popcorn instead of buying the industrial sized bags of popped corn and warming it up. Their value packs were a good value and several dollars cheaper than the big city chains. They do have a relatively small candy section and have several hot food options I didn't but would consider trying. (Nathans hot dogs are the best tasting dogs in the US, but I ate before I got there) Theater itself I was in was not bad. Stadium seating so there are muliple levels. The seats were cushiony, but dated, and they do slightly recline. Cupholders are built into the arm rests but I have flown coach and had wider arm rests. Sound was decent but I don't think they had true surround sound or if they did the levels weren't very good. I saw Rogue One last year in 3-D at a Marcus theater and was blown away by what I saw and heard. There is no assigned seating available as an option. Perhaps with a remodel at some point they can upgrade their seating and offer assigned in the future. I don't know if they were shortstaffed or overstretched, but they could have done a better job of cleaning the floors between shows. While there was not trash on the floor, there was popcorn and they never mopped up a pop spill. I tried to sit in three rows that had sticky floors and kept moving up til I wasn't stuck to the floor. Unfortunately this gets tracked onto the carpet when you leave. I will say the lobby and restroom were very clean and they were fast and efficient at the snack counter. The employees were generally personable and friendly. As someone who worked in a theater years ago and lived in a competitive market for twenty years, I am critical as to give small suggestions for improvement. Overall it was a positive experience, I will go back if I am in the area and want to see a show.
