They simply wouldn't and didn't want to level or sand down anything so I was left with no floors on site. I did not want carpet and already had all the flooring I wanted delivered. I was in search of a flooring company that would help and found great reviews for this business so I submit a message or email to their site. Within minutes at 10pm I am getting contacted by David Vaughan saying he would come out the next day to inspect the floors. After he came out and told me the other installers were simply lazy and didn't want to put in the work needed and they were able to squeeze me in last minute I was very relieved. They promised me that they would do the work until I was fully satisfied which they did. They came out 2 more times to address all of my concerns and kept their promise to satisfy their customer to the end. I would recommend going the this business over lowes or home depot budget installers that don't know what the heck they are doing. You get what you pay for and I'm fine paying a little more for a lot more satisfaction!

I contracted Lowe's Home Improvement to install some carpeting in two walk-in closets. They subbed…read morethe job out to Keller Interiors. The scheduling process was simple, and even with the current supply chain issues and labor shortage, the installers showed up the day and time window that was scheduled in-store. About a week prior to installation, I received a text to confirm the appointment. The day prior, I received both a text and a call to confirm the appointment. The caller was the actual installer, and also wanted to verify the project to be sure it was the correct one, as he was cutting the carpet to spec. The next day (installation day), I received a call from the installer to let me know he was on his way and it would be about 20 minutes. 20 minutes later, they showed up well within the 2 hour window. I showed them the location of the install, and they got right to work (two person crew). The installers were efficient. They got the job done quickly, cleaned and vacuumed. They disposed of all trash and old material that was torn out. They waited until I inspected the job and then were on their way to the next job. The quality of work and professionalism was admirable. I have seen some awful reviews for this company in other states. But my experience was the complete opposite here in Des Moines. I know much of the job relies upon the actual labor team. These two did a great job and I would happily do business with them again. Thank you!

Wow! I don't know where to start. I have a disabled adult son, and I lucked into a moving date that…read morewasn't months out. As a result, we had a deadline to meet for the floors, and I could not move my son into a home that didn't have smooth floors (previously had carpet). Complications arose with the original delivery (no fault of lumbar liquidators), but Cindy... she was awesome. I know NOTHING about floors, and she helped me through the process of selecting the PERFECT floor for our home. She answered my questions. She understood that I had a tight budget to work within. She knocked out EVERY problem that arose, got our floor delivered, and found installers that could meet our deadline. I wouldn't be being honest if I didn't admit that the process was stressful... moving always is, but with Cindy in my corner... that stress was reduced drastically. She had an odd challenge to work with too... I do not use a cell phone, so communication could have been challenging, but nope... she left messages when I wasn't home, contacted me by e-mail, answered the phone when I called, called me back when she said she would. It was no problem at all. I simply do not have the words for how amazing the customer service she provided is. She knows her product and is friendly and efficient, and honestly... I don't know if I've ever met someone with such good problem solving skills. It's not as simple as just ordering a floor... there is delivery and install and multiple people that are involved before that finished product ends up becoming a part of your home. She handled every step of the process beautifully, no matter what issues arose, keeping me updated every step of the way. Thanks to Cindy... I have a beautiful floor that works great for my son. It was installed by move-in date and within the budget I had to work within. I am now surrounded by boxes that I need to find time to unpack while trying to get my old house on the market. I have a ton of things to do and worry about, but the floor isn't one of them. Cindy took that stress off my plate. The installers she sent did an incredible job. I'd been very nervous about hiring for the floors, because I haven't had much luck with hiring for anything. I end up doing most things myself, but I knew a genuine hardwood floor was not in my skillset. I put out feelers on a website, asking for referrals. Lumbar Liquidators was one of those recommendations. I'm glad I used them. I know this review is long, but I have not been satisfied with the customer service AND workmanship of a company for over 30 years. Things have changed, and not for the good. So... since this kind of service is evidently rare (or I just have really bad luck lol), I am taking the time to share this with anybody out there that is trying to find someone they can TRUST to get their floors done. Fantastic job, we had them install 2 bathroom ventilation fans that were not properly venting to…read morethe outside. Unfortunately when house was built they were installed to vent into the attic. The original installation resulted in some water damage to the ceiling of the bathrooms. The crew did a great job installing, fixing them to vent outdoors, and repairing the ceiling. They were very professional, worked in a timely manner, and did great cleanup afterwards. We also had some of our vinyl siding quickly repaired. We had 1 top piece that had fallen down and another piece that had come loose during a wind storm. Looking forward to having them back for future work. Owner Nick is easy to work with.

Car battery was done for and was quickly assisted with a new one. We've had our cars hauled to the dealership when they needed repairs & these guys get the job done .
