The interior of the building is beautiful. I cannot speak of the outside because it was already dark out! It was very clean and very busy when we arrived. It seemed to not impact the service speed whatsoever. The team behind the counter worked seamlessly together and had a positive energy about them. The line was packed but none of the customers were concerned and they were quickly served. One of the concerns I usually have with ice cream spots is the staff- I usually encounter very unenthusiastic and unprofessional employees. Here, the team and service were impeccable. The staff were very friendly and patient. They offered samples happily and were thorough when they double checked our order before serving the ice cream. There is a clear view of the team making ice cream in the back. The bathroom was also clean and very nice. The bathroom mirror had vanity lights on it! Lastly, the biggest piece of the review. I am an avid ice cream lover and have tried ice cream all over. I can honestly say that quality and selection of Bruster's is top tier. I had the Boston cream pie and the banana cream pie. You can honestly taste the real flavors for both ice creams. The banana chunks were visible and tasted as if they were eaten right out of the peel! The flavors were not overpowering nor artificial. My girlfriend ordered the watermelon and mint chip. She was surprised with how creamy and sweet the watermelon was. My sister ordered the strawberry shake and a birthday cake scoop on a cone. We were all satisfied with our flavors. This place is a gem. 5/5 would recommend. I wish we had a Brusters back home in Culver City! read more

The strawberry matcha ice cream is surprisingly good. It should be called matcha strawberry because the scoop I got had more matcha. Their matcha is real and better than my first thought. There are plenty parking spaces around the shop. They were just opened so they were not sure about the pickup ice cream order process. read more

Neighborhood spot and very good ice cream. We tried a few flavors and my favorite was the raspberry cheesecake, my hubs favorite was graham central station. You can tell ithe ice cream Is freshly made and as someone who can only have small amounts of dairy, it did not upset my stomach. They doo have doggie Sundays for the pups! First let me say it was opening day. Everyone was nice. Staff was not sure when I asked how many scoops in a sundae. She said 2 or 3. I will come back and update review. The reason I gave a 3 is these girls brought in the dog and we were sitting down I thought after they got their ice cream maybe they would leave. No instead the dog is jumping from the seat to the table. I'm a hugh animal lover and take my pups to patio friendly places but I dont feel they should be in jumping on tables and other things the dog was doing. The dog was at the counter so it was upto the employees to ask them to keep the dog off the tables or not allowed. read more

My husband and I live close by so we have eagerly been waiting for Bruster's to open while we've seen it under construction for months. We finally got to try it last night and it did not disappoint! They conveniently have a drive thru and indoor space but we went inside because we wanted to be able to sample some flavors. I ended up going with a 2 scoop waffle cone with Pistachio and Butter Pecan. It was quickly apparent that the flavors are freshly homemade because of how many fresh nuts were in each flavor! It was very creamy, delicious and a great serving for a small. My husband got the peanut butter chocolate milkshake and was a huge fan. We'll definitely be regulars and I'm so excited to finally have a great dessert spot that is close to where we live! read more
