The ice cream here is really good! Not only does it taste good but they have so many really tasty non-dairy options which is important to me. Most places have an option that's dairy free but it's normally just chocolate. Bruster's has different flavors daily that are dairy free and taste really good! Typically I don't like the taste or dairy free ice cream, it has an after taste it seems very coconut like. Their dairy free ice cream and regular ice cream is very tasty. Only drawback is the prices of ice cream. The quality of the ice cream is worth the money though. Their rewards are also nice to have! read more

I was really disappointed with my milkshake from here. Right when it was handed to me, It was super runny and watery. I didn't notice until after driving out of the parking lot. It seemed like something inside wasn't cold enough when preparing the shakes? Besides it already being pretty much melted, the flavor was really weak too. I don't even remember what flavor I got, that's how disappointing the shake was. When I'm in Manassas, I think I'll stick to getting milkshakes from Swirlie's and Cook Out. I had seen the lines a few times driving by from 234 so I figured we should give it a try. My wife and I went on a weeknight at about 8 pm and there was no line at all. The options are pretty well listed on signs hung up in the windows. About 20-25 different flavors were available when we went. Orders are placed outside at a window and received outside at a window. I had a cake cone with a single scoop of some sort of caramel and cookie ice cream and my wife had a cake cone with a single scoop of chocolate. The ice cream was ok but did not stand out as different from hand scooped at Baskin-Robins or any other place. The cost point seemed a little high for a simple ice cream cone. I would return if someone else was interested in trying it but my preference would be to go to Coldstone. read more

This place is a GEM!!! Staff was very polite and the order was completed quickly and perfectly! Definitely my favorite new ice cream joint! I wouldn't recommend getting 2 scoops of chocolate ice cream, hot fudge, and brownie bites all together. I love chocolate as much as the next person but it was too much, but that is purely my fault and decision.
