This is my aunt's favorite ice cream shop so I decided to finally check it out on a hot summer night. I got their strawberry and caramel apple crunch ice cream inside of a waffle bowl. The ice cream had a good balance of creaminess and sweetness. I liked how the flavors were not super artificial tasting. Good classic ice cream with lots of flavors to choose from!

I ordered hot fudge brownie sundae, service was quick and great, got chance to taste two flavors and finally decided to have cherry vanilla and graham cracker

They do the basic flavors really well. Good green tea. The Oreo didn't have a lot of Oreo so it was mostly vanilla. You pick up at the side, and there is ample seating at the benches/tables. Very cute and quick place to get ice cream. Not the best, but not bad by any means. Also really nice that they open later than most establishments around the area.

Hard to go wrong at a Bruster's location. They are all usually very consistent and this location is no exception. Staff were friendly and our order was made quickly and correctly. There are so many favors to choose from and different way to enjoy them. Cones, cups, sundaes, shakes, etc. Most flavors remain on the menu permanently, but there are always a couple flavors of the month to check out. They run specials from time to time and have a reward program. Best way to keep up with new flavors and deals/coupons is to sign up for the reward program so you get emailed any specials.

Bruster's is definitely one of my go-to ice cream spots in Fairfax! They close at 10 PM (later than most in the area), making it perfect for those "late-night" ice cream cravings. Bruster's has a an exhaustive and rotating list of flavors making each visit super unique. My South Asian parents were elated to try the kaju draksh flavor. My wife and I opted for the mint oreo and graham central station. The mint oreo was a delightful twist on mint chocolate chip, packed with loads of oreo chunks. Meanwhile, the graham central station stole the show with its graham cracker ice cream, cookie-dough-like sections, and chocolate flakes baked in. Overall, Bruster's is a great spot, but be prepared for some intense sweetness. My only complaint is that the sugar can be a bit overwhelming in your throat, and the cones could have been fresher. But aside from that, it's great! The price point and quantity is also unbeatable. A small has two full scoops, and is only $4.99 in a cup and 5.99 in a cone.

$5.99 for 2 scoops of ice cream in a waffle cone? I scream! Free baby cone (choco, vanilla, or strawberry) with sprinkles if you or your kiddos or random kids are under 40"? We all scream!! Limited outdoor seating around the corner. Bathroom in the Harry Teets next door or in a discreet bush if you're adventurois and have that YOLO mentality.

Love Bruster's. A ton of flavors to choose from and they change the menu every few weeks so it's a great rotation of flavors. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The ice cream is fantastic! They also have a rewards program available.

There is no inside service only outside windows

We happen to come upon Bruster's one day when we were running errands.  And, since there is never a bad day or time to have ice cream - we decided to give it a try.  There were lines at the window and most of the outdoor seating was also occupied.  These are good signs - showing that the place is popular - but it also means you have to wait in the sun and find a bench or someplace nearby to eat or do take away which is what we chose.  Luckily, we ordered shake which is much less messy to take along for a ride.  The service was very friendly and, even though there was a line, it moved pretty quickly.  We opted for the sea salt caramel toffee which was delicious.  The only problem was that the toffee pieces would get stuck in the straw...  It would have been great if Bruster's used the types of straws that have the little shovels at the end so we could have scooped up the toffee bits when we were done with the ice cream shake part.  Of course, not having a shovel spoon didn't stop us from going after the candy pieces - it was just a lot messier The interior of the space, as seen through the window, looked to be a decent size and someone told us it used to be a pizza place with indoor seating.  I think having a place inside to sit and eat is the only thing we at all found lacking.  My only other disappointments were not being short enough to qualify for a taste of a kid's cone and not having our dog there to enjoy a pup cup as several pooches were doing when we visited!  We would definitely go back to Bruster's when we are in the neighborhood.

My medium had less ice cream than my friends small. Very odd. Ice cream was fine tasting but I don't get the hype.

He is so nice and I could tell he cares and knows his stuff. I was eager to try sea moss as it has many benefits. I believe a jar was about $50. I bought one flavorless and was consistent with taking it orally and a week later I began applying it topically on my face. From my honest experience it helped calm down my cystic acne, but only when I began applying it topically. As for energy levels, more focus, overall better moods, etc.., it made a very subtle difference. My sister who was also taking it with me said that she felt a difference in her energy levels and felt "happier" / in a better mood. I think it just depends on each person. The taste was not bad at first but after a few times of taking it morning and evening (twice a day) I was not liking the taste. When it goes in the texture is gel / pudding like with no flavor but after you swallow it tastes like something that shouldn't be edible. I don't have the right words to describe the taste because it is 100% edible, just does not taste like it should be. There are also many different products at the store. I would recommend giving sea moss a try if it is something you're interested in because it helped me with what I was searching for, just not the other benefits it is supposed to have.

I usually visit one of their other locations in Falls Church and this location is definitely a lot bigger. Inside is very clean and quiet. On a weekday around 11am we were the only customers dining in. Ordering is convenient at their self service kiosk. The bowl I usually get is the Warrior Nutella Bowl. Also pictured is my cousin eating the Warrior bowl in a mini size which I realized after I got my order that I should've gotten mine in a mini because the regular size is plenty! They are very generous with their toppings but I do have to say that on this visit the berries were on the sour side and while there were a lot of toppings we both couldn't finish our bowls.
