This is exactly the kind of movie theater that I love with it's recliner cushioned seats, spacious theater, great sound and tasty food options. I took my kids to see the latest Dreamworks movie and they had such a great time. I ordered them some tasty food including a chicken quesadilla, a pulled pork sandwich and fries. For the adults, they offer a wide selection of wine, beer and cocktails. I'm a big wine drinker and found the quality to be just so so. But with that said, I was just happy they had some drinks to chose from. I think the next time, I'll just stick to either beer or a cocktail. Finally, the location is super. There is free parking with validation and it's right across from the Steamtown Mall that has a Starbucks and a random assortment of shops and businesses. My recommendation would be to also head upstairs outside the Crunch gym and snap a photo of the replica "Welcome to Scranton" sign featured in the opening from the office. I had the displeasure of speaking to Natalie who was ignorant and unprofessional from the moment we met. When I told her I was looking for a guitar that I sold years ago she said "ha, good luck with that". Everything that I said was met with a snide and condescending remark. She said several times during our interaction "I'm not trying to be mean" and "I'm not trying to be dismissive" when in fact it did seem that she was being both mean and dismissive. However, it didn't seem that she had to put much effort in doing so. I asked if I could leave my contact information in case they came across any information for me. She refused and said "we have too many people looking for guitars". Imagine that, people looking for guitars at a guitar store. Natalie is a rude and unpleasant person. She concluded the conversation by simply turning around and walking away. Natalie should not be in a customer-facing role and has no business treating anyone the way she does. I was glad that a friend was with me because I was so appalled by the interaction I wasn't sure that it really happened. This was such an unnecessarily negative experience and I don't really understand why someone would work in a guitar store if they have no interest in guitars or helping people connect with guitars that have special meaning to them. Edited to add: I was initially being helped by Isaiah who was very nice and actually attempted to help me before suggesting that I speak with Natalie.
