I always seeing a business have high standards and take their work seriously. I was really impressed by all the services they offer but the biggest green flag was the fact that have specialists for these services, not just a bunch of people who CAN wax/do lashes/nails if you need it. (Does that make sense?) Samantha was a total sweetheart, I really appreciated the options she suggested based of the results I was hoping for, both for now and long term. 10/10 would recommend and return. Tried out this salon for the first time. Asked for a simple A-line Bob. Longer in the front, shorter in the back. I showed her a picture. She then proceeded to ask me which side I wanted to be the short side. I should have known at that point she didn't even understand the terminology (A-line) I again showed her the picture and explained exactly what I wanted. She referred to the picture during the cut. During the cut she kept opening the cape and dropping it over the front of my shoulders, all my hair went directly down my dress. She was very nice. But...this is what I left with.... I was charged $65. This cut didn't include a wash, blow dry, or style. It was a dry cut. Definitely won't be returning. read more

Do NOT book Donny Van Horn for your hair needs. He messed up my hair. He did not tint my hair with the colors I wanted. He does it according to what he thinks would look good for you. I told him the last 2 years that the color he gave me was wrong and ugly. I wanted a golden amber ... He processed it with dark chocolate everytime for the last 2 years. To make it worse , he argued with me. Total Nightmare. I fired him. I now have a different colorist who listens to my concerns and needs for my hair. read more

I called to make an appt and was told that I'd get a call back after seeing who was available. I was excited! It has been 4 years since I've had a nice, professional haircut and the girl on the phone seemed really nice. A few days went by and I still hadn't heard anything so I called to follow up and the girl who answered was annoyed and said the same thing - that every stylist has their own appt book so I'd have to wait for any takers again. You might get lucky and find one person who's good who doesn't tell you what kind of style and color you should get, based on how lazy they are to do your hair that day...so go at your own risk. It's unfortunate because this place is so close by, but anyone looking to get their hair done should try Latitude Hair across the street. Getting your hair done is supposed to be a relaxing and fun experience, however it's unfortunate this salon only caters to platinum blonde hair with a "mean girl" attitude, if you catch my drift. read more

Aubree Rose What a knock out of the park! Customer service and her skills as a stylist are the type of service that makes me want to come back. She is great for business, making customers feel welcome is a big part of this business but it wasn't just her smile and awesome personality that won me over it was her ability to listen to what it was I truly wanted and make it happen. So often stylists just keep doing the same generic hair cut on men and you can tell they aren't listening. That definitely wasn't the case with Aubree. At this point I don't even tell her what I want, I just tell her to do what she thinks will look good and she rocks it every time!!! I used to only go about 1x per year to get my hair super bright and blond and it would always grow out beautifully and sooo natural! Then I started coming more regularly once I started working in doors and she always does my hair phenomenally! I had her do my hair for my wedding a few weeks ago and wow!!!!
