Ate here on a Saturday morning with a few feiends and some he wait was significant BUT the key- they informed us wellll in advance of ordering (2xs mind you) that the wait on food was 30-45 min. We were ok waiting and found seating out back- perfect weather. The wait was worth it for sure!! I got a late flight and sausage bowl... did not disappoint in the slightest. There were a few hiccups with food delivered as ordered but they fixed any discrepancies immediately with a smile and apology. Tracy was a gem and checked on us regularly (even though she was slammed). Great customer service, atmosphere, and food. Cant wait for my next visit!! Suggestion to improve efficient food delivery- get rid of the numbered table cards and switch to pagers. Have customers come collect food so the runners can tend to guests and take care of other things. read more

Without a doubt our favorite brunch spot in the area! Every time we go the service is amazing, the food and drinks are fantastic, and the ambiance is top notch! The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. We've tried a lot of the menu and it's all delicious. They have a cozy indoor area as well as a covered outdoor seating area where you can sit with your dog and enjoy your food. As an added bonus, we love that they feature pictures of adoptable pets inside the front door as well as vouchers that previous customers have purchased to help provide a meal for someone in need. Seriously, if you're looking for an excellent spot to eat and grab some caffeine, don't think, just GO!! I feel a little bad about give this a 3 star - there was nothing wrong but it also didn't blow me away. It was average. My friend and I came right through during one of their rushes and it was a bit overwhelming but the line moved well. You order up front, take a number and find a seat. The place was surprisingly big and had indoor tables, couches, bar seating and even patio seating in the back! I was surprised on how big the menu was for what I would consider a coffee shop. I got the pesto chicken grill cheese and a wound up turtle latte. Both were pretty average. The latte was sugar free which was cool but also sooooo sweet. If I were to go back, I'll def ask for only one pump or cut something back. Only gripe is if you have a menu this big, invest in a bigger grill/ panini maker or whatever they make their food with. They did warn us that it would be a 30-45min wait on food but shew it sure felt longer than that. If most customers are going to order food and it's something you're offering, it'll be a good investment than one that just makes one sandwich at a time it seems. Anyways staff was super nice and did their best. The owner came to the tables and chatted which was super nice to see. Maybe I'll come back not during rush hour and it'll be a different experience. Customer service is everything to me. Unfortunately, we were not treated nicely and the employee wearing glasses taking our order was super rude. She seemed irritated with us and was not helpful. She had a tone in her voice and when I asked for a certain drink, she literally rolled her eyes! We got a table right away but were told our food would take 20-30 minutes. 99.9% of the time, that wait time would not bother me but that combined with someone being rude for no reason is a deal breaker. Walked past this place every morning, and it was a chocolate shop. Now, it's an amazing place for food and coffee, and they even have alcohol. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. The place is clean and bright. They have the coffee/drink menu, ok the wall, and the food menu is on the counter, ready to grab. There is plenty of seating in the front of the store, inside, back, and even a back patio. There were people there working, others with the little ones, or just hanging out drinking coffee. They told us it was a 40 minute wait for food which was a bit disappointing and confusing given the restaurant was not super busy; however, it only took 20 minutes. My partner and I both had the fried chicken bowls which contained potatoes, eggs, sautéed veggies and fried chicken. We ordered sausage gravy on the side which was a delicious accompaniment. We shared the waffle sticks - crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Portions and prices were great as well. Compared to other coffee shops in the area, this one is a must-stop if you are looking for a heartier breakfast to accompany your morning coffee. We dined in for dinner and had a good experience. It was the phillysteak and cheese panini and a beer for me and the turkey bacado panini with a latte for my husband and we split a side of fries.
