An estimator came out and inspected it but did not give me a written estimate. The next day a crew of 2 came to repair the area and the estimator came back with the written estimate but the job was already finished (in 3.5 hours). Only 1 of the crew, a young guy, actually worked on the repair; the 2nd crew person left to pick up 2 boards needed for the repair. The estimator did not correctly asses what materials needed to be on the work truck, necessitating a drive to purchase materials. I was charged for 2 half days of labor plus driving ( a total of 2 crewman for 8 hours each) however only 1 crew person actually worked; the 2nd crew person was gone for 2 hours picking up supplies and when she was on the site- she only assisted in priming the 2 boards that were replaced, for about 30 minutes. I shared photos of the 2nd crewman leaving and returning as well as standing around during the time the 1st crew worked. Further, although I was charged for a full bucket of primer, the container was only 1/4 full at the beginning and the crew did not leave me the leftover primer, which I was charged for. I was charged at the end a total of 16 hours for labor and driving time and I estimated the labor for crew person 1 to be 3.78 hours and crew person 2 to be 3 hours although she did not work except for about 30 minutes. I would not use this company for repairs as they do not provide timely estimates and the number of crew needed for a job are padded high as well as not working although being paid to work; the crew are dishonest and the owners of the company. This company's employees were totally amicable to work with from start to finish of this huge job. They removed the old tiles and replaced the entire roof and rotting soffit areas in just 2 weeks. When night rain covered new Polyglass, they made sure it was thoroughly dry before proceeding. Each day, they thoroughly cleaned up roofing debris dropped on the lawn. Communication with Green Home Roofing employees was ongoing. Each day, I called them and they immediately responded with answers to my questions. That way, I knew what to expect each day regarding the kind of work to be done. I saw the roofers carry on with the work nonstop, despite the very high July temperatures they had to endure. I called them several times before they finally sent someone to inspect the issue again. Despite my concerns and clear evidence, they insisted the leak was already repaired. I had to wait for the next rainfall to go into the attic and take pictures showing the leak was still present. It took almost a month of persistent calling before they came back in July to check the leak again. They claimed it was fixed, but the problem resurfaced in June 2024. I called them again, and they sent another worker to fix it. After the next rain, I found the leak was still there and took more pictures and videos. When another worker came to evaluate the situation, he said he would send the team back. When the workers arrived, they called the manager and explained that the wood was damaged and needed replacement. This repair was supposedly included in the original contract, but it had clearly never been done. Now, one year later, the damage was worse. The manager contacted the owner, who then told me I would have to cover the costs of labor and materials for the repairs. At this point, I was too frustrated and ended up hiring another company to finally fix the leaks properly. Based on my experience, I do not recommend T&E Roofing. Their service was unprofessional, and they failed to honor their contract. Save yourself the hassle and find a more reliable company.

I would not recommend EZ General Contractor based on our experience…read more We scheduled a consultation with EZ General Contractor five days in advance and provided details about the project we were looking to have completed. My husband took the morning off work specifically to be home for the scheduled consultation. EZ General Contractor canceled the appointment 20 minutes after the scheduled arrival time, explaining that the project was "too small" for them to take on. We completely understand that contractors need to take on projects that make business sense for them. What is difficult to understand is why this could not have been determined during the five days between scheduling and the appointment, particularly since we provided as many project details in advance as was allowed through their automated platform. The lack of communication and professionalism was equally disappointing. Our phone conversations ended abruptly with them hanging up on us rather than with even a basic professional courtesy. We will obviously be using another contractor for this project. More importantly, based on this experience with EZ General Contractor's communication, scheduling, and professionalism, we would not consider them for future projects, including larger ones.

Edgar was great at giving me the Roofing 101 & I feel confident that my roof will last longer than it would had I gone with a company using the self adhesive paper versus the hot mop that A&E uses. What impressed me: 1. They came quickly & gave the estimate. 2. They protected the surrounding area with plastic so there was zero mess even though they tore the old roof off my house. They even swept my doorstep! 3. They did the job in 2 days. 4. They took care of the inspection (I didn't have to do anything). 5. They created a slope to make the rain run off & explained all of the options very well to adjust to my needs & costs. 6. My house already feels cooler (insulation Yay!). 7.
