They care more about profit than they care about kids. This place prioritizes speed over quality. Do not come here if you want your kid's dental work to hold up. Everything is always rushed and I can't get my questions answered even though I don't ask much. It also seems like they mistreat their staff, because they can't seem to hold onto people for very long. We were referred here by my brother-in-law who went to dental school with Dr. Milton Ntragatakis and also used to bring his kids here. "Used to" because it's been going downhill ever since Dr. Brittany took over. According to my BIL, Dr. Milton drives a fancy car and has a fancy house and quit working a while ago (he's 40ish like my BIL) because he just skates by on the profits from this tooth mill. My son is such an easy kid, but he had said it felt uncomfortable to close his mouth ever since Dr. Eilish put in his first filling. Maybe it's a good thing it cracked after 2 months? We had it redone by Dr. Brittany, who was grumpy and distracted. He still says it feels uncomfortable, and being 10, he's self-conscious that the filling looks like a blob instead of like a tooth. My BIL says they're supposed to test the bite to make sure it fits together well, and that it should look like a tooth if the dentist does it right. Neither dentist bothered with those details. I guess getting a hack job done fast is more important than a kid's long-term comfort. So now my sweet kid had to do this again and is still uncomfortable. Not to mention having to pay for it again, but maybe that's their goal? Their billing department is also a train wreck. I feel bad that I referred a friend here. She brought her baby to see Dr. Eilish for tongue tie and said Dr. Eilish was awkward, rushed, didn't answer her questions, and seemed like she was always on her way out of the room. To be fair, my friend's older kid (who is special needs) sees Dr. Derek and they love him. Apparently he's kind and careful, manages her needs even though I'm sure it takes extra time, and her fillings actually look like teeth! If we ever come back to this place, we're only going to see him. read more

Used to be the best, but now just middle of the road. Since the change in ownership, the female dentists refuse to perform fillings if your child sheds a single tear, no matter the reason for said tears. I don't know if they started accepting Medicaid insurance but it certainly feels that way- everything feels rushed, like they make their money with butts in chairs. I am so thankful that my children are towards the end of needing a pediatric dentist. I don't know what I would do. read more

Their billing is absolutely horrendous! They can't get their sh!t together for anything. It literally takes MONTHS for them to supposedly figure it out and properly bill the insurance. I've been dealing with the same issue for almost 7 months now, and it was a simple cleaning. On top of that the actual dentist spent more time socializing with the hygienist then examining my child. The dentist spent less than a minute looking at my child and did not allow for any questions or concerns. Ask yourself why they try so hard to gain new patients with their referral program and giveaway. If they were really so great they wouldn't have to result to those types of gimmicks. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more

We took our 2 year old to Brunswick KiDDS Dentistry for his first-ever cleaning. They came highly recommended, and they didn't disappoint! We knew going in he wouldn't be thrilled, as in addition to having Autism, he just doesn't like to have to be still or have people in his personal space. The dental hygienist (Colesse) and dentist (Dr. Brittany) were both very patient and professional, and the appointment went better in terms of how our son handled it as a result. Even though we live almost an hour away, we plan to continue bringing him here! read more

Awesome drs great with my kids and it's really nice that they are connected !!!! For adults and children

I was initially happy with the services today. However there was a lack of communication. My daughter had a cheek, tongue, and lip tie revision. The consultation went well, although definitely felt rushed. Then they bring my baby back to me and I was told about the stretches and a lady walked me through the process of the stretches, whom I thought was a nurse or something, she made no introduction. Afterwards she offered me a snack and left. There was no introduction and no "your all set I'll walk you out" or "we're all finished now". I didn't know that this women was apparently a lactation consultant...although this lactation consultant doesn't actually help with lactation. They tell you on the phone there will be lactation support etc. I'm not sure why they would tell me there is lactation consultant on location when she literally didn't speak at all about breastfeeding at all. The best part is she left after offering me a snack and just left me in the room. I was expecting an actual lactation consultant to help me etc but instead I was left in the room for over 35 minutes. I had to ask someone for help because after driving over an hour and the appointment taking an hour and a half then being left in a room for 35 minutes...I was frustrated to say the least. They offered to have me come back another day to have their lactation consultant help, which is silly because I don't even think she was a real lactation consultant. They also offered me my $90 fee back, which I haven't received yet. I'm disappointed with the lack of communication and apparent expectation they put on a customer rather then their employees to help guide a customer. I find the boasting about having a qualified lactation consultant on premises to be bogus and a bit far fetched to what one would expect from that statement. A slow down of the entire process and a breakdown of the visit for each individual customer would be helpful so people aren't literally forgotten....so overall I'm left underwhelmed by the experience and the hype surrounding Brunswicks kids dental. As a mom who needs to trust medical professionals, especially ones that take your baby away from do not let you go back with them, I feel let down. If they can let me fall through the cracks what is different than with my child when I'm not there? read more

They are so wonderful with my son. They are always patient and caring. We couldn't be happier with with our experience every time.

I had a good experience with the actual procedure but on the financial side of things- very disappointed. They charge upfront 100% the cost of the service, and they back work with insurance. If covered, they give you a credit. 3 months went by they never sent in my claim. i had to play middle man with aetna and them for 3 weeks to get them to actually send my claim to aetna. if i didnt religiously check back with them i would have never gotten my credit processed. anytime i spoke with the team they made zero efforts to expedite or take responsibility for the process. If You are going to charge patients upfront for services covered by their insurance, then you need to be diligent and responsible with the work to get the patient the credit they deserve. now im told ill wait 6 more weeks and theres nothing they can do about it read more

I was skeptical about driving an hour to this dentist due to my insurance is stupid. But I'm so glad I Did! The staff is wonderful and great with the kids. Very friendly and constantly reassuring the kids that they are doing great. My son who is 8 was nervous to go until we got there he saw the balloons they give the kids was fine after that. The staff is very considerate when is comes to money. They are realistic! I def. Recommend ! read more

This is the best pediatric dentist I have found. They are patient, caring and compassionate! My kids actually love going to the dentist. My oldest son, who is 12, just had a cavity fixed with laser treatment and it went great!!! No shots! Wow! I was amazed. They talk to my kids about good health and dental hygiene. They don't treat my children like a another number and the office staff is very nice and accommodating. I am so blessed to have found this dental practice. read more

We had an amazing first visit with Dr Milton! He explained everything very well and made our first experience very positive for my daughter. On a side note: the dentist got held up with another patient and the office staff was very quick to explain the situation and show their appreciation for my patience. The office is nice. The staff is polite. My son just turned four and needed a filling. I had a disappointing and frustrating experience at our visit. I believe that Dr. Brittany could have done a better job helping to ease my sons anxiety. She offered a treatment that I believe was unnecessary & extreme. The situation could have been handled with better communication. However, Dr. Milton did later contact me to explain/apologize so I appreciate that and can respect him. read more

We had good experience with the actual surgery. I feel that their financial and billing side of the business could use a ton of improvements. This is coming from someone in the financial industry. I would rather find a different surgeon and avoid the stress of their billing area. read more

The tent they put in the mouth when doing a cavity slipped when in my daughters mouth. It fell against her throat. She was gagging and trying to tell the dentist. He just pushed her down and started singing to her. Unfreaking believable! My daughter now has anxiety issues when it comes to a dentist. Never going back to KiDDS again!!! read more
