I just read Brandon's review and I couldn't agree more! First let me say that I have been a…read morecustomer for 20+ years. We have also always paid for their service well in advance. This year when they came out to open the system in early May, I told the tech that I think they had missed a sprinkler head. he said there wasn't one there. I said yes there was, but he said again there wasn't. he left without checking. so about 2 weeks later we noticed standing water. we had originally thought the cable company had broken a line so we called them out to fix it, but as we all stood there we found that it was a head that was not popping up. When Husney comes out, it is their job to make sure all heads are popping up and working properly. so I called Gayle (I believe she is the owner) and told them they need to come out and complete the job. a different tech came out and not only checked the head in question but he kicked the ground in another area and up popped another head they had missed. so when they presented me with the bill I refused to pay saying they should have completed the job earlier in May....especially since I had told them there was a head there. About a month later, I got a refund for my advance payment for shutdown service. when I called (twice) about it Gayle had one of her office personnel return the call and tell me they cancelled the contract because I refused to pay the bill. Not only is this poor customer service to a long standing, good paying customer, but to have someone else call back instead of Gayle herself shows the unprofessionalism in their organization. I would not recommend this company to anyone! If I could have given them a zero score, I would have !

She directed me to Zac in the shrubs and trees section, where he took his time answering all my questions and concerns and continued to be helpful throughout my visit. In the hanging basket area, Melissa greeted us with a friendly smile and went above and beyond by bringing out additional baskets when I asked if there were more to choose from. I also called the next day and spoke with Marcia, who was very professional and confirmed delivery to my location without any issues. Overall, every employee I interacted with was knowledgeable, friendly, and went the extra mile. As a first-time customer, I can confidently say this is a hidden gem of a nursery, and I'm very happy I found them.

My son has been buying fuchsias from Uncle John's Plant Farm for Mother's Day for almost 20 years…read more He buys two every year. They usually have a wide variety of beautiful full hanging baskets. This year he only found one that was decent and even that was not impressive. So I went back to get a second fuchsia. First thing that I saw was that they were all bone dry, ridiculously sparse, and in relatively small pots. There were about three different color combinations, priced at $24.99. When I mentioned something to a greenhouse employee she told me that they had a different supplier this year. Every evening when I go out to water them I cringe because they look so bad. I will try to do my usual magic to get them to fill out, but next year I will ask my son to go to Maria's Gardens
