I also noticed thick dust on the interior shelves and boxes of razors and shaving products. An old-school atmosphere can be charming, but a business providing personal grooming services should be spotless. My husband did find the experience relaxing, which I appreciated. However, for $50, customers should receive the complete advertised service in a clean, well-maintained setting.
