John the barber (honestly I'm pretty sure his name is John but I have the memory of a goldfish and the social skills of an adderall tablet) is so chill, easy to talk to, gives a quick cut, and has never let me down. So damn cheap too. $14 for a cut and a mustache trim is unheard of nowadays. I'm 100% satisfied & I'll be getting my cuts there every time from here on out.

Walked in, was greeted by Jenna and in the chair within 30 seconds. Place was very busy, so I was surprised to be seated so quickly. I figured the worst and assumed I get the barber nobody else wanted. Well, to my surprise Jenna did a great job, was friendly, and cut my hair exactly as I asked her to. She did a great job, place was busy, clean, and lot's a chatter throughout. I think I have finally found my new barber!

I got the haircut I asked for but with even better results than I was expecting. Robin knows how to use a razor! Response from owner was I damaged my own extensions when she just told me a few hours before that i…read moretook really good care of them. I never put any heat on them when i had them and she made that up. I actually was not upset that she was closing, as this was the last time i was going to use her anyway. When I first left the salon I said goodbye and good luck with everything. When I came home I noticed how uneven the extensions were since she didn't even blend them. When i came back in she was very rude to me and said my extensions were broken. She had dyed my extensions with harsh products (something that any hair dresser should know not to do) resulting in damage and cannot own up to her mistake. After her being rude, I left without saying goodbye. Hopefully a better business will be moving into that space. The cameras that she says are in the space would have shown me flinching and being hurt by her pulling my extensions out. Thats now how it is done Also her mentioning my own hair being damaged is irrelevant, as i was talking about extensions that after she dyed them with the wrong products were damaged. Person os not to be trusted, she talks about customers and past employees of hers and it is just very unprofessional. She has ignored my request to get some of my money back and now I need to see how I can get my hair to grow back after the hair loss. I have been nothing but nice to this owner for four years and gave her so much money over that time span . Bad service and rude owner. Overcharged me for damaged hair extensions. She also pulled out my hair when she was removing my extensions and I lost so much of my own hair which i need to see a doctor for. When telling her she just ignored me and cashed my check. Had no problem taking my money before closing her business. Also did not tell me she was closing her business in the next few days. Very sketchy. Always very rude to me and always nice to the clients she is friends with.

Now it's not reliable any longer. I have switched to Jerry's Barber shop. Much more reliable. The cost is more (17 bucksfor men) but it's worth it to be able to get a cut on Sundays and their hours are normal not shaved down to the minimum like at Mr Cuts. It seems they cater to the cutters not the clients with the hours they keep. Open 5 hr shifts.....really?? I fear they will be gone soon with this nonsense.
