The receptionist was very nice and helpful and was able to make me an appointment the next business day. Dr. Miller explained everything that was going on, was very friendly, and did a great job. I didn't feel any pain and he worked very quickly. He even called my mom to explain what was going on. They have parking in the building but I walked so I didn't need it. The room where the procedure was done had a big window which made the whole experience a little nicer. He has a very clean and nice office. I usually get anxiety during dental visits, but I felt completely at ease. Highly recommend for cosmetic or any other type of dentistry.

Pros: *Very friendly people! From the receptionist to the doctor himself, everyone was very welcoming. *Up-front pricing. They actually charged me $10 less than what I was quoted on the phone. *Great work. Dr. Miller spent a whole hour discussing my dental history, carefully adjusting my splint, and helping me find a good dentist within my insurance network whom I can see for teeth cleanings. *Parking garage attached to the office building. I recommend Dr. Miller without any hesitation, and I will return to him--even though I have to pay out of pocket--for all my future TMJ and splint-adjusting needs.

I have been a patient of Dr Cetnar for over 10 years. My previous dentist retired and i decided to…read morevisit Dr Cetnar because he was local and participated with my dental insurance. I am glad i made that decision. Dr Cetnar is not only a great dentist, but he is also a very patient and compassionate person. He is very gentle and strives to cause as little discomfort as is possible during any procedures. When he administers the Novocaine, he is so gentle that you can barely feel it. I recently had to go to an endodontist for a root canal, and i had forgotten how good Dr Cetnar was at doing the injection. That endodontist reminded me with a good shot of PAIN with that needle. His staff is pleasant and helpful. His hygienists are also gentle and cognizant of causing the patient the least amount of discomfort, while at the same time being very thorough with their cleaning. Let's face it, no one really LOVES a trip to the dentist, but visiting Dr Cetnar is never something that i dread.

However, since I had moved to Irwin, I decided...well, life goes on! I first heard about Dr. Szekely because I was a working as a Family Resource Specialist for a Headstart / Daycare program and came across his business. They have a program in which they give children without dental coverage free cleanings. So, I thought this was nice and, since he was close by, I thought I'd check him out. I started seeing Dr. Szekely a little over four years ago. Since the beginning, the dentist and his staff have always treated me well. They are all friendly and, in fact, treat you more like a friend than a patient. Thank goodness, I've had the need for minimal dental work, but here's my breakdown of what I have had done: Cleaning / X-Rays: Typical, no issues Bonding: Done well, no issues Teeth Whitening: Reasonably priced, great results!

I sat in the waiting room for about 10 minutes, and the hygienist came out too meet me and , I followed her into the examination room. I told her I didn't want any x-rays because I didn't have any major problems, I just wanted one front tooth bonded. She talked me in to the x-ray because I was a new patient. she said now we're gonna have to do a cleaning, and I told her I didn't want a cleaning because of a bad experience. She left the room and,the doctor came in. The Doctor said I don't want your business, and walk out in a hissy fit, Before I could even explain to him that I had my teeth cleaned, and I had sensitivity to hot and cold for six months, and tooth pain. The doctor showed me no respect! I felt like I was discriminated against because he didn't even try to accommodate my needs of being a elderly patient. The visit was a total waste of time. I asked the receptionist if I could purchase the x-rays, and, I take it her silence means a no. I just had to get this off my chest!

The secretary, who checked with Dr. Murcko, gave me the name of the medication and informed me to check with my OB. Easy request. The OB's office got back to me saying it was pregnancy and breast feeding safe. I left work early, arranged child care and went to the appointment. Upon arrival the secretary told me that, per Dr Murcko, I needed a written consent from the OB. I was advised to reschedule the appointment. What? I get it- liability and safety. This should have been communicated to me before the appointment when I called to find out about the medication safety. I found this whole situation very impersonal as the doctor did her communicating through the secretary and never once came out and explained their error. Needless to say, poor planning and communication. I know patients come and go but I am extremely disappointed in this whole situation especially when it could have been prevented.
