I had a very bad open bite , Dr. Christian started me with treatment, an in a very SHORT time I started seeing BIG results. He is the best !!! My teeth and my bite are so much better than before and I'm happy I choose Payless 4 braces .. I knew Dr Christian would be up for a challenge! The assistants are the most compassionate and caring staff . I have NEVER ever been to a office where every single one of the assistants were so kind , gentle and knowledgeable of their tasks at hand . I appreciate all of them , when you first walk in, you are greeted by the office secretary , she's very pleasant and kind as well informative ... she has always answered the office phone and takes the time to listen an answer all questions and concerns of the patients . Lastly this place is set with high quality technology and the office is always super CLEAN !! Beautiful bathroom , spacious and tidy . The front desk staff has been pleasant and accomodating and the doctors I have spoken to have…read moreanswered my questions. However, I have many concerns with this practice 1) there is a revolving door of doctors 2) each doctor we've seen has had wildly differing opinions on treatment plans 2) they have really over corrected each time we've come in, to the point of needing to book in-between emergency appointments because they created a nearly horizontal flare and then overlap. 4) There is zero accountability if you have an issue. Doctors are totally booked and just say they weren't the one who did the last adjustment. I would highly recommend a practice with one or two doctors over this model. Lastly, I believe in breaks for workers, but being closed for an hour and a half for lunch each day is wild - just do one hour or have shifts.

I took my daughter for an orthodontic appointment. After she did all X-rays etc.... He saw my daughter in an office chair, barely looked in her mouth, mumbled two things about her very complicated situation, walked off when I asked a basic follow-up question. I was shocked. The worst experience for me and my daughter. What a waste of time. If I can give Dr. Kastin 0, I would not hesitate. He tried to briefly explain the reason for the set up of the office instead of a dental chair by saying something like he's only there once a month -- but still makes no sense that he's going to do work or even provide a consultation to a patient sitting in a small office chair. This would not have been so bad if he had given more than 2 minutes of his time and he wasn't so ARROGANT and RUDE. One last thing -- I noticed when I was leaving they provide various gifts in return for promising to write a review. They didn't ask me to do one probably because I didn't look too pleased with the service.

I have a terrible experience here with my filling done by dr. Alex. I came in here for a cleaning…read moreand was told I have a small cavity. This is also my very first cavity in all 24 years of my life and I trusted my dentist through the whole process. I had my one teeth filled and was experiencing pain and sensitivity but I waited about two weeks to see maybe if it's just my teeth trying to adjust. I made an appointment to go back and get it refilled and a second tooth next to the initial one had been drilled and filled without me knowing beforehand. I was never asked or told before the drilling that another teeth would have been touched in the process. I waited another two weeks after that, still pain and sensitivity. I cannot chew on anything on that side of my mouth. I cannot drink anything that is not room temperature without it triggering a sharp pain in my teeth. I went back again and a temporary filling was put it. Same ordeal, pain and sensitivity. Waited another two weeks and did a scan and was told I still had a bit of cavity that wasn't taken care of the very first time and was assured that this time for sure would be the last time I had to deal with this pain. So some more drilling was done and the temporary filling was put back in. AGAIN pain and sensitivity. I went back one last time and was told that maybe I was just allergic to the filling and a different filling was put in. Not only did it not help, I constantly feel like I have to grind my teeth now. This new filling also came with a lingering discomfort that has been causing me a headache. I will not be coming back here and I for sure do not recommend this place at all. Initially after the first filling was done, I had asked if I could please switch a dentist and I was denied that. This is obviously intentional negligence to not put into consideration what a patient is asking you. This experience is really traumatizing especially for what was told a small filling that took me 5 visits going back and forth. Please always ask for a second opinion about your cavities because this could literally be you. I really wish I have never had my teeth filled or step foot in this place. I can never rest or eat the same again and have to deal with this pain everyday. Please go somewhere else or avoid this place.

Everyone remembers your name and follows up with any questions or concerns that you may have. They also text and call you the day before your appointment! After my initial consultation, Evangelia gave me 3 options for ortho corrections: metal, ceramic, and Invisalign. Then I got 2 different types of payment options: payment in full and office financing with 0% interest. There are some discount incentives if you pay in full. I ended up going with Invisalign and the 0% office financing. To make things even better, I had a bunch of questions about my dental insurance that I didn't fully understand. Evangelia sorted out all the details so I was able to get an accurate quote. Fast forward 15-16 months, I am in the process of deciding when I should cancel my dental insurance and I was able to get assistance running the math! As for my teeth, they look amazing. Originally every orthodontist was telling me that I needed to undergo surgery to shave out the ends of some of my teeth but Dr. Lee said I didn't need to it. I also had a bunch of questions that Dr. Lee was able to square away for me throughout the 15-16 months. And any questions that I randomly had throughout the process was readily answered with a quick phone or email. Last note but they also do an amazing job with all the COVID precautions! Examples include sanitizing pens, equipment, and chairs after every use. I can't recommend this place enough!

For two years I had on braces that did me no good at all! Unfortunately, I have a tooth that should've been token out because it was over two other teeth, but they decided not to remove it which pushed my front two teeth out even more and caused severe blisters underneath my lips! Also, the last day I was getting my braces changed, Dr. Gehani literally pushed me down with his arms so I could not get up because I was gagging like crazy on the gushy stuff that you use to get you fitted. This resulted in me crying my eyes out in front of the whole waiting room, and Dr. Gehani running into his apartment from being ashamed. Also, his wife was VERY RUDE and kicked my mom and I out. After that, my dad was really upset and called Dr. Gehani explaining that he wanted to speak to him. I DONT KNOW WHY but this putrid mad decided to tell the police that he is threatening him. I have had mostly afternoon appointments and one morning appointment, and they all have been at least a 30 minute wait after my scheduled appointment. Not including the wait on the chair between a dental assistant and the orthodontist. I've had the original bonding on my permanent retainers for 4 years without any issues. On my first visit, one of the re-bonding repairs they did was undone the day after. They were nice enough to get me into the office within the day after and fixed it. I didn't quite like the fix and they had said it would be something that I would need to get used to. The second visit was much better. A different orthodontist worked on the same area and made sure I felt comfortable with the repair before I left. They were more clever when repairing my top-permanent retainer by polishing my bottom tooth so that it didn't continue to impact my top retainer. This place has multiple offices in different Burroughs which is convenient. I like that they have a call back option rather than waiting on the phone for a real person. With multiple locations, they have day of appointments. I also really appreciate they have a self check-in kiosk in their locations so you don't have to wait in line. Overall, the staff are really nice and I do trust their orthodontists with a preference. I do have to prepare to wait and wish they were more organized and managed schedules better.
