We came to the Jax area to visit my son and daughter-in-law while my son had a couple of weeks off between jobs. We knew we wanted to visit the Brumos Collection. They are only open three days a week - Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 9 - 3. We purchased our 3 timed tickets (2 Seniors & 1 Adult for about $75) for a Thursday at 9:45. I saved the electronic tickets to my Apple wallet. There really isn't a lot of signage to point out where this is at. Probably to keep the riff raff out. You really need to know where you are going to get here. It's like an unmarked private road for "invited guests". The building is gorgeous and when you walk to the counter you choose a stylus that you use on their IPads to learn about the various cars and you take your stylus home with you as a souvenir! So many beautiful cars with so much information and details! Now, I'm no gear head, but even I learned so much! Beautiful displays and the volunteers were so kind and full of additional information. After about 2 hours, I had information overload and just sat down on one of the benches waiting for my hubby and son to finish up - about an hour later! The ladies room was gorgeous - a modern design and sparkling clean. What a spectacular collection, displayed beautifully!

Came here for an event hosted by UNF FSAE. I love seeing how local businesses support the university and its students. The museum itself is impressive and I'm familiar with Brumos through representation at other community events and general motorsports. 10/10 recommend visiting here and supporting their business.

What a terrific find !!! Just off San Pablo Rd, through what looks like a residential street..... take a left through some gorgeous metal gates. Looking closer, there are racing cars in the artwork of the gate. Dry cool. On to the Collection.... Inside, the huge barn doors leading into the showroom are spectacular. Then, the next room is eye candy for those who love racing cars. Nicely organized with a touch pad machine at each display (you get a stylus at the front desk), to get the story about that car. Brumos Collection dedication to the auto racing as it developed through the years. Including a great display explaining the Board track racing in 1920-30's..... Which I didn't know about. Quite a few Porsches, Bugatti, 1914 Peugeot and my favorite was the 1939 Alfa Romeo. That car is stunning. Sharp & shiny with street tags which they say is still driven out on the public roads. Funniest looking race car was the 1917 Miller Golden Submarine ~ the first enclosed race car. Also, the explanation of why they use the racing number 59. This Museum was 2 hours well spent. Go to the website for the tickets.. highly recommended.

If you're a car fanatic you must visit this museum. I typically forget about it when I am passing through Jacksonville and I have been missing one of the most amazing Car museums I have ever seen. When you enter you are greeted at the reception area and given a couple hint how to maximize your visit. Basically no touching the cars no flash photography and given a stylus to use on the touch screens on most if not all the cars. You begin with the front half of the museum with some absolutely beautiful vintage cars of all brands. Some are street cars and some race cars. Along with these cars there is so much memorabilia, you just cannot take it all in. The back half of the Museum is tons and tons of Brumos cars along with their history of the Brumos name and difference series they were run in. I absolutely cannot say enough about this MUSEUM. Even the gift shop is incredible, I picked up so many items, shirts, hats, posters, mugs, pins and more

Wow, what a beautiful facility with an excellent group of vehicles on display. The video stands next to each vehicle were very informative. This is not only a Porsche display (although there are some very cool ones on display). They have some old Peugeots, Alfa & even a Bugatti. Also the young lady that works the reception desk up front has been in PR with the Brumos organization for a number of years & was very informative! So much better than some youngster who only knows how to take your money. If you like cars this is a must see when in Jax!

The Brumos Collection, while not necessarily huge in size, is amazing in quality, rarity, scope and atmosphere. The building is designed to simulate the Ford Motor Company plant which was located in Jacksonville from the late 1920's to the 1960's. The Museum contains the finest grouping of Miller race cars ever assembled. Also, an incredible array of Porsche race cars from the 1950's through the 2000's. They employ great technology to allow you to enjoy a self guided tour which gives you amazing details and historical photos of each car. The building itself is absolutely beautiful. Everyone of the employees or volunteers on location were incredibly kind and helpful. I will absolutely be recommending this place to everyone who loves classic cars.

Incredible car history all in one place! I accidentally bought my ticket for the wrong day and the staff was super friendly, friendly and helpful and allowed me to go in regardless. Tickets were a bit pricey, but it was still very cool to see all of the Porsche history, and all of the cool old cars that they had. This is definitely a really cool stop, if you have the time.

The Brumos Collection is a gem hidden off south San Pablo. It boasts some of the coolest antique and modern racing cars. We recently attended their first car social event where they brought in a food truck and started up some of these old racing cars for us to hear! The experience and layout is well curated and staff ever so welcoming. Come visit this wonder car collection, a Porsche lover must visit!

I'll admit, I've only visited specifically on Wednesdays Art Walk nights when admission is free, but it's genuinely hard to pass up when the experience is this enjoyable. The atmosphere during Art Walk is always lively and welcoming. I love that they bring in small local vendors in the lobby alongside the bar setup, which makes the entire museum feel more like a full community event than just a gallery visit. And speaking of the bar, I feel terrible that I can never remember the bartender's name, but that's because every single visit we end up laughing, chatting, and having such a good time that by the end of the night, what sticks with me most is her kindness, energy, and incredible service. She's become part of the experience itself. The exhibits are consistently engaging, thought-provoking, and entertaining without ever feeling pretentious. I especially appreciate the descriptions accompanying the pieces; they add context in a way that makes contemporary art feel approachable and immersive instead of intimidating. There's always something new to notice or discuss. At this point, going to MOCA on Art Walk Wednesdays is easily one of the top activities I look forward to most in downtown Jacksonville.
