Even worse I was on a time crunch, so replacing the entire flooring was not going to be the most practical option. Instead I looked for professional floor cleaners. I found 3 in the Beckley area. They all basically gave me rough estimates over the phone, but Stanley Steemer found a way to come out and get real measurements in a day. They were ready to go and explained to me exactly what result I could expect. They got the entire 3,000 sq ft of carpet done in a day and it looked even better than I expected. All the areas with heavy foot traffic were gone and the odor with it! The only area they surprisingly couldn't treat was where someone had duct taped a mat to the floor. However, I cannot say the same for cleaning on the inside of my house. I recently booked an interior cleaning with Kim on a specific date. As the day of the cleaning approached, neither she nor Shawn called to confirm the appointment, and neither would return my multiple calls and texts. I was in a desperate situation to have my Airbnb cleaned for the next scheduled guest booking. Kim and Shawn's failure to communicate forced me to desperately find a more reliable cleaning service in time before the guests arrived. I was on the other side of the country at the time, so this further inconvenienced me, and it was an extremely stressful situation.

Brian came out and picked up my frozen rugs the very next day AND recommended a water remediation company that were able to start the remediation process the same day as the leak! My rugs were thawed, cleaned and dried out long before my house was ready for them to be brought back inside. The day we received them and rolled them out onto our floors they looked better than they did before the leak! When I needed 2 smaller orientals cleaned and repaired after one of my pets had a stomach problem, Brian met me at his warehouse to take them to clean and repair. They were quickly ready to be picked up and looked great with no stains, discoloration or bleeding of the dye from the cleaning and the repair to the edges looked just like new even though there was a portion that needed to be rewoven! Brian is easy to work with, personable and professional--I highly recommend this business if you need your rugs cleaned or repaired!
