Kim and Alice worked on our church stove and cleaned it up. It was very dirty and they made it look brand new on the outside. They came and concurred a nasty job without complaint. Their efforts were to be admired due to the neglect of the stove in our Church. I will absolutely call on them again, for personal use this time. Good people. Thank you Sparky's.

This is a difficult review for me because Shawn cleaned the outside of my house, and I was…read moreinitially happy with his work. However, I cannot say the same for cleaning on the inside of my house. I recently booked an interior cleaning with Kim on a specific date. As the day of the cleaning approached, neither she nor Shawn called to confirm the appointment, and neither would return my multiple calls and texts. I was in a desperate situation to have my Airbnb cleaned for the next scheduled guest booking. Kim and Shawn's failure to communicate forced me to desperately find a more reliable cleaning service in time before the guests arrived. I was on the other side of the country at the time, so this further inconvenienced me, and it was an extremely stressful situation.

Brian came out and picked up my frozen rugs the very next day AND recommended a water remediation company that were able to start the remediation process the same day as the leak! My rugs were thawed, cleaned and dried out long before my house was ready for them to be brought back inside. The day we received them and rolled them out onto our floors they looked better than they did before the leak! When I needed 2 smaller orientals cleaned and repaired after one of my pets had a stomach problem, Brian met me at his warehouse to take them to clean and repair. They were quickly ready to be picked up and looked great with no stains, discoloration or bleeding of the dye from the cleaning and the repair to the edges looked just like new even though there was a portion that needed to be rewoven! Brian is easy to work with, personable and professional--I highly recommend this business if you need your rugs cleaned or repaired!

I hired this company to clean my carpet. They came in and did so, but arrived late. They assessed…read morethe carpet, declared that they could not get out most of the stains, and then proceeded to clean the carpet. They paid little attention to actually working to address the carpet issues, and acted like they just wanted to get the job done as fast as they could, and not as good a job as they could. They did what they said they would do, clean the carpet. As far as being focused on doing as good a job as they could, not even close. If you have a newer carpet with no stains, this bunch will do. If you have an older carpet, and/or carpet stains, these people could care less and you might want to look elsewhere.
