I've never before encountered a rolfer (or any body worker) who was unwilling to book me for a single session to see what course of treatment was actually needed. Different bodies are different, and it's advantageous for the client AND the practitioner to get to know each other before the automatic assumption that 10 sessions is the only way. When you enter the Complete Body gym, there's a juice bar and then you proceed downstairs into the main lobby. Don't worry about getting lost once inside because there is a huge physical therapy sign assuring that you have found the right place. Right away, I was struck by how Dr. Lee genuinely wanted me to get better, asking me questions and doing a thorough assessment. He joked that the goal was not to see him ever again after finishing the course of therapy. During my session, he helped remedy the scar tissue on my ankle and showed me the exercises I needed to do to improve. I also mentioned pain in my back and he helped relieve it with his adjustments. I have to admit, I was a little scared at first because you can tell he's a strong guy. But after turning my limbs and applying pressure, Omg did I feel relief.. I don't even need a chiropractor.The practice is very spacious and we also have use of the Pilates machine in the next room. In addition, I was able to get a complimentary membership during my course of therapy which is an added bonus. The gym is really nice including the locker rooms which has an amazing sauna and steam room. In January of 2019, my husband and I each booked a massage package with Keith Andrew Stiles. We had gone to him for massages a few times before and were comfortable and trusting of his work. For the massage package, Keith offered us a heavily discounted rate and in return, asked us to pay in full upfront. He emailed me an invoice and I paid him via Venmo. After fulfilling 50% of the deal, Keith consistently cancelled on us several times, all last minute (within 45 minutes of our appointment) giving one excuse after another. After a month and a half of trying to schedule appointments and Keith cancelling, I was certain that Keith was not going to fulfill the massage service that we paid for in full, so I politely asked for a refund. Keith responded that he did not have the money. Soon after, his cell phone number was no longer in service. I have emailed him three times and have received no response. I reached out to him several times on social media and received no response as well. Recently, I looked him up on the New York State Board of Professions website and he is not currently registered to practice massage therapy. To practice within New York State, a professional must be licensed AND registered.
