My sprinkler pump went out last week and I called Bruce Hage and scheduled an appointment to have someone come out and replace it. I requested an appointment for the following week. I received a phone call and a text confirming the date and time within 48 hours. The technician, Tanner, arrived at the scheduled time, explained the process and provided an estimate. He also said he would check the sprinkler heads to make sure everything was working properly after replacing the pump. Tanner replaced the pump, checked the system and replaced three sprinkler nozzle heads in the front and one sprinkler in the back. Tanner was professional, courteous and did an excellent job. The final invoice price came in at the lower end of the estimate which was also a nice surprise. Good service overall and very responsive. The prices are a bit on the higher end but it saved me a lot of time to have them do the job vs me spending half a weekend out there. Make sure to do a walkthrough with them after. I didn't and noticed after they left and I turned the system on that some of the sprinkler heads were not aligned well, but I can fix that. read more

Called for some repair service and a general system checkup before the summer watering season gets in to full force. Made the appointment and the fella showed up on time. Called Hage to fix sprinkler head and while here they replaced several heads and when i paid the bill, notified them and called several more times that one head i had called about still wasnt fixed. They said would send someone out to check it. Weeks later they finally sent someone out to look at it and while here rechecked the other work the last guy did. Then get a new bill over $400 when i was never told they would charge me again for work that was supposedly done the last time. BTW that one sprinkler ive had them out for still was never corrected. read more

I had an issue with my sprinklers and after going back and forth with the HOA, called Bruce Hage to come fix. They didn't give me an immediate date, but came out about a week and a half after I called. The technician spent about 20 minutes looking at my system and then told my husband there was nothing wrong and something must have clogged up the pipe that was now working properly. We wrote a check for $68 and called it a day. Several days later we have the same issue and my husband spends about 2.5 hours at 11pm trying to fix the sprinkler before he realizes he can't. We once again call Bruce Hage and explain the situation wasn't actually fixed. They come out a week later and diagnose and fix the issue, also pointing out it's a builder issue. So we go to the builder to address the issue. They take of the $68 for the first time they were out. Then I call and ask for a report so I can provide the builder with the information they found. I've called twice now asking for this with no luck. Every time I call I get another excuse as to why it hasn't been done yet. read more
