Bruce Environmental did a great job removing asbestos from my basement. They provided a very detailed estimate and helped me work with my insurance company to get the estimate approved. They were very detailed when taping off the area they were working in and used safety equipment and cleaned up thoroughly. Their final bill was also extremely detailed and listed all equipment, supplies, and work. This company was not thorough. Contacted this company to come out to inspect for mold on my rental property. They came out 3 days later, didn't hear back for almost a week when I had to contact them for status. Texted the VP named Jon who did inspection to get status to ask to call me. He TEXTED back with " The entire home needs to be cleaned, there is mold throughout. will get back to you with a price tomorrow". I asked if there was any report, what kind of mold spore is it, where is it, where is it coming from, and what is the source? Jon replied and sent me to a mold inspection company to assess. They didn't know. He finally called me, I asked him the same questions. He didn't know but he said there was visible mold on every wall in the house and he threw out a figure of 15K to remediate. He was rude, he talked you to death, no word in. I asked how did he come up with 15K to remediate, he said that was a ball park figure. REALLY, who does this? You don't know the mold source, kind of mold, you didn't call me back, you referred me to a mold specialist, you get rude and nasty with me for asking pertinent questions, and you THROW out a number for fee? In my opinion, Oh I forgot! There is NO warrenty on their work!!!!!!!!!!!! In my opinion, be careful and do your homework. This company is all about $$$$$$$$$$$$. read more
