They were organized and very careful moving around the second floor and attic with their equipment. The equipment was high quality HEPA vacuum and duct suction machines placed in the upstairs hallway. The operation appeared to contain the dust and overall seemed to keep everything clean considering the nature of the project. They were easy to work with, professional, and would hire them again.

I am sure I will see teams for other exterior work (eg gutters), repairs to interior rooms for sheetrock, interior painting, carpet repair and cleaning. The separate teams approach is great. Everything in the basement that I didn't want to keep was removed, remaining things were wiped and treated, and returned neatly to the basement, which was truly transformed. I agreed to work with them because of my insurance companies recomenndation, but I would never do it again. AT the 1st of April 2025 we had a water leak in our kitchen that delt with mold remediation, the demolition of the cabinets, and mold remediation went fine, then they had no idea what to do. i did most of the leg work for them finding the original cabinet manufactuer, then when they found out that the original manufatuerer was not an option they came to a complete halt, so the part of our kitchen that was torn out stayed just exposed studs for 5 months, then again I and my insurance adjuster had to do the leg work for them (actually the insurance company took over that part and contractwed directly) andfound a cobinet restoration company, then after me complaining about the studs the finally came out and insulated and put up the drywall, then after the cabinets were installed by the cabinet company the finished the work 2nd week of October. Three dqys later they emailed me an invoice for my deductable which was $1,000.00 to much, I tried to tell them it was incorrect, but they wanted to do was argue with me so I had to get my insurance aduster to contact them to correct it. The tehy delayed sendin it to me through the US paotal service, kept sending it email, finally senit through regular mail and I mail it even though they were to DAMN cheap to provice a self addressed enevelope. Not only have I caught the workers stealing items from her, on more than one occasion, while they were supposed to be working to rebuild her home. I'm not certain whether the workers that have been doing the work are actually employed by Meridian or if they were contracted by Meridian to do the work, but these guys, and girls, need to be fired and locked up in our county jail for constantly stealing items that do not belong to them! I could say MANY MORE terrible things about these workers, but there just isn't enough characters allowed for me to do so. Just be warned, if you hire this company to do a job for you, it will end up taking a lot longer than they tell you it will when you first talk to them. Mom's home burned over 6 months ago and they have just started the rebuild a couple of weeks ago! Not only do they go weeks at a time not doing any work at all, the workers will be stealing whatever they can while they are supposedly working!
