If I could give 10 stars , I would most certainly do so! I can't even say enough words about how absolutely wonderful Dr.Crowley is, along with his whole office staff! I have complete dentistphobia! Having 2 bad experiences prior. I had a simple, what I thought was a toothache this week. I went to another dentist to have it checked and taken care of. What turned from a "please fix my pain" became a nightmare. Hundreds of high tech X-rays-then to be told I needed to replace, remove half my teeth at the cost of 43,000, after insurance. I left that office, not even having my problem taken care of-freaking out. I then knew I needed a second opinion. Hence , I was referred to Dr. Crowley's office by my mom-who's being using him for over 20 years. I cannot rave enough-the compassion, caring of even the wonderful office staff. They all put my nerves to rest. Dr. Crowley, where do I begin... his calming whistling while he worked, taking the time to re-take X-rays. He came up with a game plan for taking care of all my issues. Not telling me I immediately had to have all the other stuff worked on-and actually figured out that my teeth weren't going to have to have the thousands of dollars that the other dentist tried pushing. Please be careful who you use. It is disturbing to see other dentists here in Vegas trying to take advantage of others. Highly highly recommend Dr. Crowley-at least get a second opinion from him if you are questioning prices or dental care from your own provider. read more

I've been been to a lot of dentist offices in this one seems like they are very friendly and know their patients really well. I was referred to by my partner who goes there and they all know him by name so that's really neat that they do that and they really know their history they know it's not a big practice but they hygienist are very friendly even the front desk. People are very friendly when he first walked in and it's very relaxing and calm not like your typical doctor office. Dr. Crowley is very good. He is very friendly and gets to know who they are. He understands that you know when he wants to do something to your mouth to get fixed. He knows that it's good. Will give you the reason why and the reason that he believes would be the best option to proceed with treatments that they provide. I've only started going there one time for evaluation and I felt really comfortable and I'm getting ready to go back for a cleaning and I'm looking forward to it. I am so thankful to have this dentist so close to my home! I went here due to the location but now I have a permanent dentist. The staff from the receptionist to assistants are all more than nice and welcoming. The atmosphere is relaxing each time I've been and takes away any nervousness that I may have felt. I had two cavities and dreaded getting the numbing shot done and almost considered paying extra somewhere else for sleeping gas! Dr. Crowley is the best dentist I have ever been to. Prior to visiting Dr. Crowley, I had avoided the dentist for almost 10 years. Now, I've only been seeing him for a few months, but I can say with 100% certainty that he and his team are the best in Las Vegas. If you have a kid who is afraid of the dentist, don't hesitate to have them visit his office! Everyone at the office is amazing and friendly. They do their absolute best to work with you on everything and make sure you know what's going on. Dr. Crowley always lets me know what's happening or what he's going to do next. This is the best dental office we've ever had the pleasure of visiting. Totally awesome in every way possible. Very friendly, genuinely caring, warm people who make you feel very welcomed. That is just rare these days. Made us feel we had stepped back in time to a kinder place and world. The office is very home-y and comfortable and super clean. Just for the record, I had my veneers done in 2008 and have never had any problems with them. I thought their lab did a great job- in fact, when I needed a flipper for some other unrelated dental issues they even sent me to the lab a couple of times to work directly with the technicians and make it perfect for me. The lab guy was able to match the color of the flipper to the veneers just right and he really paid attention to detail as far as matching the exact shape to my other veneers. I was really happy with their work and thought they were really caring and accommodating. read more

We have been going to Dr. Crowley for years. It is the only place we will go, even when my insurance was out of network we still went. It is worth it to have things done correctly and to not be sold on procedures you do not need!! Once, I had a dentist tell me that I needed a root canal. I went to Dr. Crowley for a second opinion, and I actually just needed a cavity refilled. My tooth was saved and is fine now. Dr. Crowley's staff is fantastic as well. HONEST dentist and friendly, caring staff! They were able to get me in on short notice for what I thought was going to an expensive emergency. The staff was sympathetic to my concerns, and Dr. Crowley did a thorough exam and listened to my complaint. He then very kindly explained that my problem wasn't quite what I thought it was, gave me a couple options and his honest opinion (which resulted in saving me hundreds of dollars). Dr. Crowley cares about his patients on a personal level and makes them feel comfortable and valuable. Ginger is a horrible dental assistant. I paid 8,000 dollars to have my teeth capped and was told they would be beautiful. Unfortunately Ginger put the new caps in - I had asked her to see the new teeth first and she wouldn't let me see them obviously because they were so yellow and awful she knew I would refuse them - but put them in anyway. She used them so far back I couldn't even speak properly. Needless to say Dr Crowley had to redo them causing damage. Dr Crowley should put them in not an incompetent uncaring assistant. The second set of caps were white but too small and leaking, breaking and decaying. I have had nothing but trouble with them for years - a heartbreaking experience. This Dr is NOT a cosmetic dentist and his assistant Ginger is the worst I've ever experienced. Make sure you SEE what they call beautiful teeth and have the Dr put them in. Buyer Beware. read more

In fact, he was originally located on E. Sahara, and moved to W. Sahara after a few years. It never crossed my mind to use any other dentist. His hygienists are also excellent. I have very sensitive teeth and they make every effort to ensure that my visits are pain free!
