Today I had that appointment and couldn't be more pleased! For starters, there is a parking garage right next to/attached to the doctor's office. When I walked into the office today everyone was wearing a mask and the waiting room chairs were marked to enforce social distancing. I was taken back for my appointment right away and wasn't left waiting forever for Dr. Tucker to come see me. Dr. Tucker and the nurse that worked with me were both wonderful and I honestly have no complaints whatsoever. This was the easiest primary care appointment I've ever scheduled or had, and I can't say enough good things about the location. I will defiinitely be returning in the future!

They were my family practice for five years while I resided in Delaware county Pennsylvania. They…read moreare the absolute worst. For five years I suffered with weight issues, depression, and extreme fatigue. I was assessed by a physician onetime. After this onetime , they pushed the nurse practitioner on me and despite my requests to see a physician, they insisted that I be cared for by a nurse practitioner. For five years this nurse practitioner refused to conduct particular labs that would determine whether I had a thyroid disorder. I stressed many times that I had a family history of thyroid disease and that I had many symptoms of thyroid disorder. This nurse practitioner continued to insist that I only needed to see a nutritionist and a psychiatrist for depression. After five years of suffering, I finally forcefully obtained a referral to an endocrinologist . I had to demand this referral from the office manager because the nurse practitioner down right refused to write the referral. After I finally got my referral to the endocrinologist who conducted the appropriate tests , I was diagnosed with autoimmune hashimotos disorder. When I notified the nurse practitioner of my new diagnosis her response was " Why did the endocrinologist conduct that lab test anyway , there was no reason for her to conduct that lab test ". This comment was absolutely insane considering the fact that I had every possible symptom of thyroid disorder including a family history. Til this day, I can't comprehend her logic or motive for not conducting the appropriate thyroid tests despite much evidence and symptoms that suggested I did have a thyroid disorder but I regret ever allowing her to assume responsibility for my care. I suffered for 5 years because of her and this offices refusal to conduct appropriate tests.

I parked out front…read more Before I had looked on their website, trying to find directions to the lab for bloodwork, but their website doesn't really lead you to where you need to be. So I just took a chance and drove there. I walked in, and the out patient services is in a different part of the hospital, but nice people at the desk walked me there. I found the out patient lab, and was registered for my services. The woman taking my blood was amazing! Kind, happy, sincere. They also filled out the paperwork correctly, it was this box lab work my doctor had ordered. So my insurance pays for it, and copied my insurance card. I appreciated that, it was an extra step, but needed, because I would have been billed in the future. The nurse who took my X-rays was very skilled, she took great care of me. I hardly waited at all there. Everyone was kind to me.

The administration of the practice needs work though and this is systemic throughout the PENN healthcare system. Please bring back late Monday night appointments. Please consider Saturday appointments - even once per month would help. Kielie at the Media office (I probably spelled that wrong) is terrific and runs the desk well. The in-house lab for blood draws (alas - Michael has left circa 2021) is so convenient, too. Staff do not seem well compensated.
