No Honestly guys this is a local family owned and operated business and we all know I'm here for the locals . This family has been in the business for years and knows what they are doing my family has used them over the years and they have always showed up and completed the task in a timely manner. So last Saturday ( yes of course crap always happens on a weekend ) I noticed that my pipes sounded a bit like my stomach did that one time I had food poisoning so I do what I usually do when my Jeep makes sound ( turn the music up ) . J/K I called the professionals after my husband dug up the septic tank and came from the back yard with complete fear in his eyes and stated " Call Delks" I know this must be serious because my husband is a literal Mr. Fix It and he's requesting back up . I called they answered and stated someone would be out within the hour . They weren't lying either Jay showed up about 30 minutes after the phone call. He was completely professional and answered all our question made great suggestions and offered professional tips in protecting our septic tank. He was so courteous and polite he made what could have been a crappy day much easier and less stressful. He went above and beyond and definitely preformed his job in a professional manner. I was in fear honestly when I had to ask what the cost was ( I seriously expected to get the wind knocked out of me since as I stated before it was a weekend ) .
