Towels used are dirty and could use some bleaching and hot water. Bowl where you soak your hands is porous bamboo like material and not something that can be sterilized for each use. Nail stations are filthy and cluttered as we're all counter spaces. Dust from electric drills covers everything. Pedicure chair was not working and sat in uncomfortable position. Was happy that at least they had plastic liners for the foot tubs. Doubtful that instruments used are sterilized. Sorry to be so negative but even my attendant was unfriendly. It's probably the dirtiest salon I've ever seen. They need to clean up their act! Would not visit again.!

I like the comfy seating area, reading material, pitcher of refreshing water, uplifting music. I went in for microblading treatment with Karolin. Karolin provided the best microblading experience for me!! She's quite talented and skillful at her many crafts! It didn't take long and the sensation felt like a scratching of the brow area - not as painful as I thought! The numbing cream helped plus the aftercare kit with the application stick proved most helpful with the recovery. I'm looking forward to getting a fill-in after a few weeks the next time I visit Florida. I'm so amazed how the brows make me feel like a new person, Karolin's measurements really help frame one's facial structure.

Sandy was absolutely incredible and my daughter was treated like a young lady. It was relaxing and fun! The atmosphere is warm, inviting and peaceful. Upon arriving we were offered an assortment of beverages and after selecting our colors we were led to a private, cozy room where my daughter and I could sit side-by-side. My feet were pampered with a warm soak, cuticle care, a skin scrub, massage, lotion and a french pedicure. My daughter's treatment was equally similar.
