I wanted a super natural look, and the girls worked hard to figure out the right color and timing (when to shower, wash my hands, etc.) to get it right for my wedding. Tegan absolutely knocked it out of the park on my wedding day. I'm so sad I don't live nearby, because I fear I'll never have that level of spray tan excellence again! I actually met Dr. Vafai as a child, before she even earned her DDS, and I've followed her throughout her different practices because I have complete confidence in both her expertise and appreciate the kind of person she is. Going to the dentist has never been my favorite thing, but Dr. Vafai has always made me feel comfortable and at ease. Last year, I began my Invisalign journey with Dr. Vafai and her amazing team. Every step of the process was explained thoroughly, and it was clear how knowledgeable and detail-oriented they are. Their professionalism and genuine care made the experience so easy and reassuring. From the moment you walk into the office and are greeted by Christie, you feel welcomed and supported. I've worked with Daisy, Dr. Vafai's dental assistant, for years, and I genuinely enjoy seeing her at every visit. She is incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain each step of the process, so I know exactly what to expect. There are other hygienists at her office I have worked with as well and enjoyed my experience. After Invisalign, I decided to move forward with veneers because I had complete confidence in Dr. Vafai and her team. My biggest fear was ending up with bulky, fake-looking teeth, but I knew I could trust Dr. Vafai's skill and attention to detail. She listened to exactly what I wanted, and the results exceeded everything I hoped for. My smile looks incredibly natural, and I still feel like myself! Now with a more confident smile!!! Dr. Vafai and her staff are not only skilled but also warm, honest, and genuinely invested in their patients. Apparently this also opted me out of receiving any human communication whatsoever, because instead of an appointment reminder, I received a collections notice. Bold strategy. When I called to ask for an exception, I was promised a callback. No callback came. Another collections notice did, though. Called again, went back and forth with the accounting manager, I offered to send a screenshot proving no call had ever been made to me. Total indifference and saying they had records a call was made. The care used to be genuinely great, which makes this all the more disappointing. The vibe here has changed, and not for the better. It's a real shame.

After narrowing it down based on ratings, number of reviews, review quality, office size, and hours, I was left with three options. I chose Orchard, and I made the right choice. This place has great ratings, which is pretty rare for medical offices for some reason unless it's a new Yelp page or one that people just haven't bothered reviewing. It's kind of like how fast-food restaurants and clubs always seem to have low ratings for some reason. Anyway, the reviews here are great too. If there are any bad reviews, you kind of have to use your judgment to figure out whether it's a one-off situation or just an unreasonable customer. This isn't one of those huge offices with a bunch of chairs lined up like the DMV, where they're just churning patients through like an assembly line. I hate those places because they always overbook, and I end up waiting forever for an appointment. Even when I show up on time, I still have to wait a long time before being seen. I work late on weekdays and can't really take time off during the day. On weekends, I usually catch up on sleep and don't want to spend my day off running errands. They're not always available on Tuesdays either, which can mean an even longer wait for appointments. That's why the fact that they're open until 7 PM on Tuesdays is a huge plus for me. As you can tell from the pictures, the office is very clean, modern, and well-equipped. The staff has always been friendly, and they've been very understanding about my tardiness and occasional cancellations to the point where I feel like they should hate me, but they definitely don't act like it. They also seem to have the latest and greatest equipment... I think. I'm mostly judging that based on how much more advanced their machines looked compared to every other dental office I've been to. Overall, this place is great.

After extensive research about microblading vs. ombre brows, I decided that ombre was what I felt was best for me and the look that I wanted. Making an appointment with Tina was so easy! She is very responsive to inquiries that I had prior to booking. Her dates available are quite limited as she's doing part-time only but she is worth waiting for. She doesn't stack her schedule which allows her plenty of time to work her magic without ever making you feel like she has to rush through to see her next client. Trust me, when you are having work permanently done on your face, you don't want someone to rush through the work. She is very detailed and takes her time, letting you know what to expect and verbalizing her process. I'm not gonna lie, the healing process is brutal. I didn't want to be seen in public for a few days. There were times where I was unsure if certain things were normal but Tina was always nice enough to respond to my texts every time to reassure me. I recently came in for my touchup and I thought it would be a quick appointment of her going over her previous work but she actually spent the time to remap and make sure everything was even and perfect. I walked out of there loving my new brows even more! Reasonable prices, amazing work and easy to talk to. She has exceptional infection control (I work in a dental office so I totally notice these things). Prior to starting, she showed me she was using a new unopened needle in which all her supplies was new and disposable. I highly recommend her if you are in search of someone for ombre brows!
